I didn't post this in the MAC section b/c I'm not really talking about for MAC Counters. I'm talking about the other counters in Dillard's. Basically I want a different job and would prefer it to be dealing with Cosmetics. I work in the mall and a lady that works in the Lancome department said they just filled an opening, but she said I should come apply & that you don't have to have any Cosmetology schooling. Is this true for most department cosmetics counters?? What are your thoughts on these counters? Would my love for make-up make me want to go to my job if I had a position at a counter? I would aspire to be a MAC MA, but I don't want to go to Cosmetology school & try to cut people's hair there *lmao* I'm only have the ruge for make-up stuff. Ya know? Anyways..I'm basically asking for any feedback/opinions. Also maybe the difference in working at counters in Dillard's vs. Foley's.
