I see a lot of members here using photobucket to host their images (which is great) but I also see that a lot of the pics are really big or skew the forums up.
So, I thought I'd post this.


Select the images to post in the forums.



Go to the bottom of the page the images you selected are on, and click the generate button.


On the next page, copy the thumbnails for message boards option, and then paste that code into the message you're posting.



voila. Clickable thumbnails!

No problem. My husband has a photobucket account and never uses the thumbnail option either, and didn't know it had one til a bit over a week ago.

ohhh neat i just did a photobucket account the other day, and was trying to figure out how u did that. great now i know

as you can see, it's also useful for the html for LJ and myspace...

whenever i Click on thumbnails for photobucket, i get TONSSSS of popups. I dislike the thumbnails.

that is bizarre, I've never encountered that. Ever.

I think you need to run adaware or some spyware remover on your computer because you may have something running behind the scenes.

I was the one who posted the thing about pop ups and i was mistaken it was not Photobucket , it was "Image shack" thumbnails that create all the pop ups. my computer is brand new. so im pretty sure i dont have anything running behind the scenes. its probably just the website.

Yeah, imageshack definitely has embedded popups. :/
