Haha wow... I just spent the past 30 minutes reading all of this thread and all I have to say is.... WTF?!?!?!?!

I would never EVER imagine any MA's selling fake items, especially pro ones, at a free-standing store.... And eight of them. It's weird too how there's maybe what, 20 of us against this girl yet she's still trying to tell us otherwise? I can't believe there's people in this world who behave this way!

My thoughts exactly! 8 fake pigments in one go?? and no label on any of them to indicate the name of the pigment? ??hmm does not sound right to me

ok guys...so i thought enough is enough..i can't wait for another 2 weeks before i make a trip to that store..so i gave them a call....(took the number from the receipt i had from my last trip..)..oh..and mind you..there is ONLY ONE freestanding store in Atlanta...which is in Perimeter Mall..and i called that store...
initially i talked to a MA..she was shocked..and said.."what.?? that is NOT possible...we NEVER sell PRO colors..."

then she was like "ok wait...i will get the manager....."

So i talked to the manager as well..told her the WHOLE FABRICATED story..and how all the girls over here are REALLY pissed b/c the OP is trying to give MAC a bad name!! she was shocked...and she was like "first of all...we don't have PRO colors...and secondly...we are a professional corporate firm..and EVERYTHING we have in our store is stocked and inventorized by a proper scanning method..and nothing can be cleared by the register scanner which hasn't already been entered in our inventory from before"..she was like.."nothing like this has happened over here.."

The manager's name was Michelle...and she said..the girl who is fabricating this whole story is making up all of this..b/c we even have a very strict return policy and nothing can be taken just like that..without checking..!

So..Ms. ipukeglitter..you are NOTHING BUT A BIG LIAR!!!

i swear i am so ticked off by this whole incident..what a BIG LIAR SHE IS...

someone plz bring this to the attn of the moderators...! some kind of action should be taken for the OP!!!

Can someone kick her out? I mean, for real. If she had sold me fake pigments I would have been so pissed!
