Did anyone get the email on the new foundation? I don't know if it is a new foundation or they extended the shades. I think it said thirty but it looks like there might be a shade for me. I'm excited. I might actually get to use my Chanel foundation brush I bought a few years ago. Silly I know but I haven't used it I bought 3 similar brushes at the same time and used certain foundations with them. I bought the Mac one with Mac foundation. Wayne Goss with a few different ones and the Chanel one was going to go with the foundation that came out at the same time but for some reason I changed my mind when I went to purchase the foundation. The color just felt off. I meant to use the brush with something else but never did. So wasteful. I wonder if they will have it at the boutique. I was planning to go there today anyway to get a perfume.

I wrote about it in another thread. it is reformulated teint ultra tenue. i don't know if you tried that one but to compare new teint has lighter texture , it is not so dead matte, it is more medium than full coverage but it is still matte. i was hoping it won't be that matte. while you apply it it almost seems satin, creamy, goes on nicely. but it sets in couple of minutes and becomes so drying and matte. mind that my skin is dry. i might try it again in summer.

it reminds me of ysl all hours but i feel ysl did much better job

Thanks Monsy. I have dry skin too. I'm still excited for the color range. Maybe they will extend the other formulas.

I agree. It does remind me of ysl all hours foundation. I tried the Chanel in beige doer 41 and it’s way too light. I need to go get matched. I’m hoping to find a shade too.
