Select Sheer/Loose Powder Question

Does MAC have/make a shade selector where I can decide which shade is right for me? I mean I checked the web site but to be honest the shades don't look the same as what I've seen in person.

I just went to the store to make sure I got the right shade. I have been using NC20, but the MA downgraded me to NC15.

ops: Arrgh, I think that is the lightest shade available. Oh well, it seems to match perfectly and I can't even see that I have powder on.

Thanks groupie, yes that helps. Lots of different brands to compare. See by looking at the pictures I'd say I'm FFF but everytime I get my make-up done seems they want to go darker like MMM. At Mac they gave me a sample of Hyper Real in NC400, I'm starting to think everyone see's me darker then I see myself lol.
