I agree. I think depending on your skin tone the shades may just look different compared som someone else but always looks good. I'm fair and cool so the colours pulled more purple on me but are gorgeous.

I got my holiday goodies! Picked up a bit more then I had planned on, but everything was so pretty! Wasn't actually able to swatch anything, as the testers hadn't come in yet, but was able to see everything in person and based my decisions mostly on online swatches. Ended up with Pleasing and Charming glossimers, Patchouli and... the QUAD!!! I said I wasn't going to, but did and am I ever glad! Wore it when I went out for dinner with dh, and omg is it ever gorgeous! The darkest colour is honestly stunning and seriously pigmented! It didn't go purple on me at all, just a super pretty shimmery brown palette with the cool pink shimmery shade that pulled it all together.

Didn't try the lippies yet though! I ended up using Chintz with Bikini peach!

I'm dark skinned with a yellow undertone and it looks fab, so I'd say yes!

I ADORE Pleasing over Patchouli, it's the perfect nude lip for me. And the tweed blush looks fabulous on dark skintones. I'm pleased. Though my bank account isn't.

Yes! Pleasing and Patchouli look sensational together. Actually, I love all 4 of these items together, quad, blush, l/s and l/g

great, thanks for the input. my Nordie's counter has the holiday collection, and i noticed that this quad is priced higher than the last one i bought (Enigma, which i love) but i couldn't tell in their light if the colors were going to work on a range of skintones.

Really? It should be the same price as Enigma.

I got Patchouli yesterday and I love it! The only thing is I wore it to Trader Joe's and when I looked at myself in the car mirror and saw the glitter reflecting the sunlight like little stars I decided I was a bit overdressed for TJ's!

I will save it for special occasions.

LOL I just wore a smokey eye using it to go to my small town grocery store. I did it because I am actually going out tonight ;-) I took some pics so maybe I'll get to posting them later. I'm super happy with it. I'm really loving this quad!

Oh how I wish that Magnolia would look like a delightfully natural pink on me as it does on you. *sigh* It's probably not good that I wear shadows of that intensity to school eh...ah well, to each his own.

This is me trying to figure out what the hell I'm going to do for my Princess Jasmine halloween look.

I use the Tentation Cuivre quad + Sidecar shadow from UD on my lids.
Pink Fuchsia + MAC lightsweep shadster on my cheeks.
And Phoenix RAL + L'Oreal Infallible lipcolour in Rosebud on the lips.

Yes I am loving magnolia! I always loved the colour and look of it but was disappointed in the formula (still am) but I'm willing to put up with it because it's so pretty I'm really glad your enjoying everything too!

Teenagemuse, that's a very pretty halloween look!

I'm happy to know that the items this holiday collection are turning out to be star items. I haven't seen this collection IRL yet, and have been going back and forth with my wishlist. I may pass all the glosses, and get the quad, tweed blush and Magnolia. Patchouli, Pleasing and Pink Pulsion are on my maybe list. I wish there is a highlighter though, a holiday collection without any highlighter feels incomplete to me.
