UPS sucks. More than they ever have. I won't even get into the ugly, nastiness on their part. Being told by someone in Central America that my weather isn't driveable right now and UPS isn't shipping in my zip code. omg. u kidding me?? (this morning just took the cake. 63 minutes on the phone... it got a bit ugly. I HATE when people refuse to listen to simple logic, and HATE confrontation like this). Beyond reading from the tracking site, and then being told by the investigation department that I would have to wait until Monday for them to do anything about a package with no activity for 8 days? Poor, poor customer service. and I've been nothing but understanding with them. until today.
Anyway. 3 packages (2 from MAC) are lost (but UPS won't say they are lost, and refuse to open an investigation, again, are you kidding me?) MAC is resending the 2 that UPS "didn't lose".
And overnight (!!!), and there is going to be a Mighty Aphrodite. So the MAC lady says. I told her I loved her, btw.
I kind of will believe it when I see MA. But I've also accepted that if it doesn't ever get here, or gets here broken, I'm not chasing after it. I've done that too many times to go nutty and spend this much anxiety.
Anyway, I had to vent, and share my good news (I hope it's good). I just didn't know whether or not to go to Nordstroms today (and probably buy 4 times as much as my plan), or try to get this shipping resolved.
