i feel bad though about how long you guys have waited. sometimes they fanny about with the uk site too. it took them a good few days to get style black online after it had launched in the store! usually it's online before the stores get it!!

ideally they would launch everywhere at the same time. Equal opportunity. But considering that they have followed a pattern in the past it makes no sense. I lived in Spain my whole life and I always had to wait longer. When I moved to the US Im like...yeah!!!!! but now im here and NO YEAH!

If you live within driving distance of a Nordstrom and want your products today while they are in stock, please order using their website and choose the shop and pick up option. Support your local/favorite counter. From the time I clicked "place your order" to the time I got confirmation that my order was ready was exactly 24 minutes. And if you have an Ebates account Nordstrom is doing 5% back today instead of 3%.

P.S. I do NOT work for either Nordstrom or Ebates but I love them both.

Mac have really dropped the ball with this....Go all you giving it to CS!

Been wearing Giggly pretty much non stop since I got it....Its sooo pretty

I got Sakura and Giggly both.. they are great and Sakura isn't frosty at all!
I also got Playtime...which wasn't on my list, but I love it! And ofcourse CYY

I reckon MAC is having some kind of problem with their website/stock (?)
Its a bit suspest for MAC to suspend their UK website so soon after a new launch, I would of thought as a profit driven company they would choose to do that during a time they get low traffic for short periods of time & after a new-collection hype has dyed down... & now with the US website being slow to stock... its just seems fishy to me...

i feel you on that. i can't stand the online help they are not helpful at all! there better be a free shipping code or something when this actually launches...maybe i'll end up grabbing giggly then

OMG I SWEAR I WANT TO SCREAM EVERY CURSE WORD AT MAC's ONLINE HELP TODAY!

They were like "Go check out the collection at a store near you, it launches Thursday. We do not pre-order collections online."

And all I asked was if I could order through them on the phone for this collection and if they ask for my CC info or just pull up my account.

I just ordered a back up of "Candy Yum Yum" through Nordstroms to pick up. And my other items this morning through MACYS.

I really wanted to order a back up or the CYY lipstick through mac, but this way picking one up at a store I know it won't be melted.
I have had a few lipsticks from MAC delivered perspiring and or melted on the sides. ugh.

FYI: When you call into Mac CS, the people you are talking to probably don't know a lot more than we do or have been given a script to read off of. Mac has kind screwed the pooch on this launch, but if you want to take it out on someone, please take it out on corporate. The lower level plebs, who answer the phones/do online chats, are just doing their job.

I just did an online chat,and now they are telling me that this won't be online until Thurs!I asked how is that possible,collections are always put up a few days earlier than the on counter date.They said that is usually true but that there won't be an release date for this!I am so freakin pissed,why are we the last ones to get this?

I just checked the website and (at least in Canada) it hasn't been updated yet. I'll probably just show up bright and early at my MAC counter on the 7th to get my Giggly blush and all three nail lacquers.

I am seeing all these posts about how Mac CS sucks. Maybe on other things, yes. But the failure to launch of this collection? I'm pretty sure the people answering the phones have nothing to do with that and have been given instructions on how to handle inquiries about it. I hate bad CS as much as the next person, but this really isn't CS's fault. Blame marketing, the web site techs or corporate, but for gosh sakes, please don't take it out on the poor individual stuck answering the phones/ doing online chats today. Just think how crappy their day has been due to someone else's screw up.

Maybe they don't expect this collection to be so big. Meh. I'm bummed that it's not better, myself. It seemed so much better on paper. I'm actually looking more forward to seeing the new highlighter pen when I visit my local Mac either Thurs or Fri.

if that's the case, it's definitely better just to hit up the mac counters. i just hope there is a free shipping code out there for when they do launch this online . i may grab a nail polish
