I'm praying too! Hell... I had to buy a new car. Idiot (with insurance, thankfully) slammed into me and totalled my car. Totally his fault, and his insurance accepted liability. Fortunately my car was old as hell and paid for and probably gonna die soon anyway. But the whole car note business is SERIOUSLY cramping my makeup habits. Hmph.

I'm just waiting to be reimbursed for the whole debacle. In the meantime, I'm on a tight budget.

That shade is stunning on you Ingenue! I wish I could pull that off! I am so pale right now and cool toned -- I don't know if I could get it to work. So far, I just ordered 2 Coco Shines, but I think I'll end up with Adventure and Romance. I really want Flying Cloud -- so annoying that it is an exclusive. Oh well, I'll have to be content with my gazillion other lippies

Thats just awful! Did you get hurt? I hope not. At least he had insurance. Someone hit my daughter in law a couple years ago - NO insurance - Not the owner of the car! And they left the scene!!! My DIL could have been seriously hurt & they didn't even bother to see if she was ok. My son took off after them - they found the plate of the idiots car under hers where it fell off. The Insurance company went after the dumbarse. Its a real pain what happened to you. Other expenses too when that happens. Cars do drain finances for sure.
Anyhow, I hope it all turns around for you.

So far I've bought Boy,Aventure, Monte Carlo, and Liberte. I've worn all except Liberte. The colors are all gorgeous when first applied but wear off very quickly. Within an hour the shine is gone. I'm debating whether to keep them all $32 is a lot of money for something that wears like lip balm.

^^^MaryJane - My Diors & Shiseido ls do the same thing & I have to reapply them. I think its just the nature of this animal. I'm going to try a lip primer to see if that helps.

Just some light back pain. His insurance is taking care of my medical... I've been seeing a chiropractor and accupuncturist regularly. It's fine... since I'd rather be totally healthy than not. Thanks for the well wishes. As much as I'm fussing, I LOVE my new car. I wanted a hybrid... and ended up with a fully loaded deal for less than I'd originally set out to pay. So I really can't complain. It could have been much worse. The only bad part is I can't go makeup crazy like I normally do! LOL!

So I got my 4 coco shines today, plus I have Boy from the preorder. Canotier,, Evasion, Aventure and Chance are the other ones. Even though they are sheer, i love the feel of these. I'm sure I'll be getting a few more....

My dear hubby cheered me up by paying for my Rouge Coco shines. I've been down with pnuemonia for almost 3 weeks and last night I finally made it out of the house. First thing I did, head for the Chanel counter to test out the Rouge Coco Shines! I couldn't decide which one to pick as there were 3 I liked. My wonderful hubby took all three and paid for them.

I got Sari D'eau, Rebelle and Romance. I love all three of them! I placed my swatches on the swatch thread.

No, I don't think so. Its really not that dark, & I loved the berry tint to it. Its a lovely shade.
Saks swatches may be a little closer than NM. Sari d is not represented well at all in the swatches - it doesn't look like that. Its more of a an orangey coral with def. pink in it. The swatches are making it look as though its a kind of almost burnt orange. Its very pretty in person.

Ernie, Flying Cloud is an exclusive to either Europe or Asia, can't remember which. There is commentary on it a couple of pages back that might help -

Elegant, that is exactly what Jeff built me from beautiful blonde maple.. an Amish chest of drawers.. various really, and all handmade and hand polished.. gorgeous. I would not want to price that thing on the market.. whew! But it is so useful for all my personal mu.

I believe that her swatches correspond to what was released in Europe, so it may not be available over here. Too bad, because it looks like a lovely colour. Misia looks like it's a fairly good match, though.
