MAC - Semi Precious Discussion

Omgah..I can't find my wallet. I think it saw me making googly eyes at my screen, so it ran down the street and jumped into a bush to hide..

This collection will be CRAZY for me (as long as the swatches are awesome)

I'm off to find my wallet now! Wish me luck!

Hilarious!!! LOL ( I don't blame you) Have one of your brides maids pick your stuff up for you, or do a presale the day before.
I just realized this collection releases on my wedding day! AND were staying in the Ceasars (the Pro-MAC store is there!) My wedding is at 1 in the afternoon, looks like I'll be stopping by before LMAO

Oh and how did I miss this thread? I am already behind.... *goes back to reading*

Out of the lipsticks, I think I am already in love with gem of roses, and lush amber. I want those brushes... I think I will be skipping everything and save for these... (yeah right)

I'm DYING to see what these brushes look like. I'm a Duo-Fiber fan so I'm curious to know what these 'split-fiber' brushes are all about.

Looks Like Sin is a re-promote from a few different things and its a great neutral gloss for WOC. I have a couple of back-ups from the CCO and I wouldn't mind another. Richly Revered sounds nice too. I hope its a nice deep cremesheen this time

Interested in the new brushes , specifically the face brushes. I would like to narrow it down to 1 or two, cause they cost a pretty penny and are LE,so that means more money to pay out for them in a short about of time.

Well, based on Sigma's offerings, they have alot of MAC dupes so it will be interesting to see if they make something like these new MAC ones...

I just saw this on Temptalia's site as well. I have never bought a MAC brush before. Maybe I will buy one or two of these. It depends.
I can't wait to see photos of them. I am also DYING to see photos of those lipsticks. Me want real bad.

I use, depending on whats clean Mac and Elf face brushes. I absolutely love the Elf flat top studio brush for liquid foundation, powder, blush....it's an amazing brush. For Mac, I much prefere to use my 131 over the 187/188. I wish I'd bought more than one when it came out again last summer. The only other Mac face brushes I have are the LE ones. The 129SE is so scratchy, Its okay for blush when the others need washing but looking back I'd have been better off buying 2 FS brushes instead but we all learn these things later down the line. I don't understand the whole Limited Edition attitude for brushes. I know they will get more people buying them as they are LE (ie hype ) than if they were perm but brushes are essential.

I am so excited for pics of these. I have an idea in my head what they will look like. Hopefully they will work well in reality and not be a gimmic brush.

My MAC brush collection has grown to about 4 or 5. I have Sigma brushes....One thing I've noticed is that the ferrule is lose on a few of my Sigma brushes. I've been really careful nto to get anything but the bristles wet when cleaning them but they're still loose. I plan on building up my MAC brush collection with these limited edition ones from this collection. It's a small splurge but I don't mind since I won't be purchasing the es...except for maybe one...and that's a BIG maybe :)

After much consideration I've decided to only get the two eye brushes from the LE offerings. I use my eye brushes a heck of a lot (only my kabuki brush and flat top synthetic brush from Sonia Kashuk gets that much use) so my money would be best spent on those two.
