If you don't travel (or move houses) with them - or simply drop them on the floor - you should be fine. They do get really fragile over time, similar to MSF, but as you have BU-ed almost everything, at least you will have a replacement. Due to the nature of the product, they are just more prone to break once you start using them. It usually starts with a crack where the veining is located and then it is just a matter of a small impact, such as driving on a bumpy road, to make them break. I learned from experience to take empty jars with me to store any broke MES/MB/MSF. Having said that, the good news is that you can still use them once they are broken - they just look less attractive.

I don't think bubble wrap would help much as it is not the case that breaks, but rather the baked powder itself. I would check any MES/MB/MSF for cracks and treat these with extra care. My Lightscapade and a few others broke while moving, although everything was wrapped up meticulously. The best advice I can give is not to travel with mineralize products and have BU's of your favorite goodies in case something breaks.

I've only broken an MSFN, thankfully - fell out of my hands onto a tile floor.

I tend to handle my MES very gingerly - put them on while sitting on the bed, etc. I DID bring a bunch of them on my summer trip (how could I not!). I've got them packed tightly in a zippered compartment of a padded case, so here's hoping they survive the plane trip back home as well as they handled the flight out.

It wasn't a total loss - 'gave me an excuse to try the Careblend powder, which I wound up loving much more than my MSFN.

In any case, the dome shattered, but there still is tons left in the pan and the crumbled bits were still OK (just have to tap the excess power off my brush from the crumbles when I use it).

Yeah whats up with that you think? The green heart in my quite cute blush broke out too.
Maybe I/we should just stick to regular blushes and beauty powders. Cause I know that I was never rough with them.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I think the most prone to fall apart are the ones that are put together in any geometric configuration (stripes, inserts, nipples, etc...) as the two or three different colors don't adhere together. Same goes for the marbelized MES. The least fragile, IMO, are the swirled blushes. Just watch out for cracks - even small ones - as one crack is enough to make the whole thing fall apart.

It won't stop me from buying more mineralize products, but I won't take them with me on travels anymore.

ya until december. Then I will go to Spain. And if I am lucky and i find a job I will move again to NY or any large city.

Anybody has a job for me? lol seriously.... What can a girl with just Psychology bachelors and spanish degree do to find a job in this country....

My make up will suffer but if my MES break and i get the job... I'll be the happiest chick ever! (maybe my eyelids will miss some sparkle)

Oh no. This sounds like a nightmare. I hope you are settled in now.

Does anyone out there own Goldstone AND Warmed who can do a swatch comparison or just tell me how they differ? Pleeeeeeeze :)
Or Goldstone and Get Away Bronze?
I am kinda thinking I want to go on a hunt for Goldstone now....I just want to know how bad I need it before I start swapping precious firstborns etc.

Thanks!

I'm considering getting the 128 brush as I've been reading it's great for blush application. However, I've also seen a 129 for a good price, and wondered if anyone knew how the 2 compare?

The 128 and the 129 are two very different brushes. Just look them up on the SP thread. There are lots of reviews.
