^^ I don't know. I need to try it on heavily on my face. I think it looks pretty and bright, and if you like corals it will be hard to pass.

And MissQQ--Happy belated birthday! Thanks again for all the pics and swatches. As pretty as Fleur de Lotus looks, I fear I might have to build it up to get it to show on my skintone. The Euro version of Rose Petale would probably be a better match for me, and it's much easier to obtain.

Then again, I've veered into indie/mineral makeup lately, and it's so hard for me to justify my love for JCs now when I can find similar colors and quality (sometimes better!) for far less. :/ I may actually *gasp!* stop buying JCs unless Chanel brings out one that's a direct gift from the coral gods.

^ Oops I meant pink explosion. I remember a thread a while ago saying it was going to be re-promoted in march I believe?

Well, the pic posted, but I lost my text. I got Fleur de Lotus in the mail this morning. It's gorgeous -- a beautiful coral color. I can't wait to try it, but I'll probably try to take some better photos first.

By the way, if you enlarge it and look closely at the upper-right corner, that's Rose Tourbillon (for comparison purposes).

I wonder if there is a dupe. I find Lightscpape too frost for my not so young skin. I'm not sure why I bought it this time around when I sold my first one.

I am having a hard time finding a VERY light highlighter that isn't full of glitter, frosty or too shimmery. I have oily skin so I don't anything to emphasize that. I just want a nice glow that will brighten my face. NARS Albatross is nice but I have to buff it out like crazy. And same thing for Becca's Nymph and Angel although they are not as bad and they are very pretty.

The Edwaard Bess looks gorgeous. I haven't tried cream highlighters before because I've been afraid of breakouts and how well they would work with my oily skin.

Also I do a quick dusting of powder after I finish all my makeup to make sure everything is blended well. If I use a cream after foundation how will the powder work over it? Will it make it cakey or invisiable?
