So after some drama with my purchases being accidentally sent to my mother's house... (what the--??!!)- I FINALLY got my Call Me Bubbles quad and Optimistic Orange cream blush. Excited?? I so was~ I was actually completely impressed with the pigmentation of the quad and Full of Flavour + Fresh Daily are absolute love!! They make my eyes look like spring and the beach and ahhh... love them so much. Those two shades alone made the palette for me. As for Optimistic Orange... talk about a crash test in cream blushes! I've so far only really stuck to powder blushes so really learning how to navigate with Optimistic Orange has been tricky. Learning how to make my face not look like an Oompa Loompa? Fantastic. BUT- it looks AMAZINNNGGGG on my NC-20 skin. It's like nothing I own and I look so fun and ready for the outdoors.

... I wanted to post pictures but my lighting here really washed out the Optimistic Orange on my camera. I'll definitely include them soon!

I stopped by my Nordstrom MAC counter today to check things out. I swatched Enchantee and fell in love with it! Unfortunately it was sold out but I found it on the Dillard's website, so yay for that! It looks just like the Gaga lipglass, but it's a smidge warmer, which is exactly what I needed. Gaga washes me out. Now I am officially done with this collection lol. Oy. Time to save up for the So Reel!

So last night I open my Watch Me Simmer for the first time. I NEVER tried in on in the store, I just bought it from the internet buzz (hahaha... same with Runaway Red... I have no idea what it's going to look like on me). I also pulled out my new Undercurrent Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner from the "Vera" collection. I brushed my teeth and washed my face as usual before going to bed. I brushed my teeth and washed my face this morning as well. Man there was STILL glitter around my eyes from the eyeliner and my lips were STILL stained pink from the WMS... lol!!!

I had that "walk of shame" look AFTER my morning routine. HAHAH! Anyway here's me in WMS and Undercurrent.

I know I was so afraid that she wouldn't be able to hold so much stuff but she spoke to her manager and told her that I practically live there hehe. So she was able to keep them on hold

Yup Selfridges delivery is crazy! I've never ordered through the site before though I have made some phone orders which costs more *rolls eyes*

WMS looks stunning on you!

So last night I open my Watch Me Simmer for the first time. I NEVER tried in on in the store, I just bought it from the internet buzz (hahaha... same with Runaway Red... Man there was STILL glitter around my eyes from the eyeliner and my lips were STILL stained pink from the WMS... lol!!!

I had that "walk of shame" look AFTER my morning routine. HAHAH! Anyway here's me in WMS and Undercurrent.

I finally went to return RR today! Brought MMO RR and swatched them side by side to see how different they really are. Asked the mua and she liked the new version, told her they are the same lipstick just different releases she looked at me like

lol. Then added MAC Red right next to it and those are 3 different colors! After walking around for 10 minutes I decided to keep it. Got home and did a side by side on my lips and barely noticed a difference. I'm going to use up Shop RR first though.

I'm rocking Optimistic Orange with a really light wash... if I push the cream blush more, I'd likely look like an Oompa Loompa. Thank goodness for my kabuki brush to really soften it out! But, I absolutely love the shade-- it really makes my face look alive and happy.

On my eyes I'm using the whole of the Call Me Bubbles quad plus a few other things:
Eyebrows: MAC- Buckwheat (Naked Honey collection)
Highlight: Call Me Bubbles
Inner corner: Half Baked (Urban Decay, Naked 2)
Center Lid: Fresh Daily
Outer corner: Full of Flavor
Liner: Brash (used a wet application)
Lashes: Long Lash (Laura Mercier)


I am RIDICULOUSLY happy with my purchases! Just wish I could have gotten Watch Me Simmer :X It really would have pulled this look together. Just for reference, I'm generally an NC-20

Love this quad on you! I got lucky, and got the very last Naughty Saute that they got in stock at my Macy's when the lovely SA called and told me they got restock on Friday. Wondering if this means the website will restock this week? Not for anyone to lose sleep, but just sayin'.

Wouldn't you know it, a Restores Dazzle went home with my lovely Pepto pink lippy. I am all stoked to try my first cream blush...

The more I see eye looks the more I want Call me bubbles! I'm NC20 too and I'm going to buy Call me bubbles, Optimistic orange and watch me simmer (and some other things of course XD) when the collection launches here!!

Ahh, that's what I thought you meant! That's definitely a warehouse error! I hope it all gets sorted out! Then you can have DiU and WMS, instead of WMS in DiU clothing lol

Is anyone else a bit underwhelmed with the tender tones? I was so excited to try them out, and I'm a bit disappointed. People have been saying they are supposed to have a fruity smell/taste, but there is absolutely no taste to mine. It tastes just like a regular gross lip balm. lol.
