Thank you! I really don't need Naughty Saute, as I have so many cool pinks already. If I get Purring and Hot 'n' Saucy, I can use them to layer with lipsticks for Spring and Summer pretty easily. I'm so glad the collections coming out next month and the month after aren't calling to me as much as this one has.

I wore Runaway Red yesterday and I really liked it, I didn't even put a gloss over it. I wanna back-up now! I sure hope Mac restocks cuz my list would be: Runaway Red l/s Hot & Spicy t/t Watch Me Summer l/s

i passed by my mac counter today and the mua had vg nicki on with tread gently tt...it also kind of sheered it out in a complementary way....

i can't believe i initially was not very inspired by this collection...i've ended up with so much stuff it's a bit mad!

i just picked up:
purring tendertone
wholesome fluid line
optimistic orange

that last one snuck up on me: the mua suggested i try it out. she ended up putting a light wash on my cheeks, and a tiny bit over my eyes above the crease. she liked it so much she called the other girls over to see it!! i tried to snap a pic when i got home, but it's so subtle that it doesn't really show up on camera!

This is exactly what I like about Optimistic Orange! It's a subtle tinge, but not too much to be over the top. When I posted my pics, you could barely see it, but in person, it's so beautiful! I'm sure it looks great on you! As for putting it on the eyes above the crease... hmph-- will definitely try that out today!

she did it super lightly with one of the duo-fibre brushes...i had no idea they were multitasking beyond lip/cheek, but i guess she didn't really put it very close to my actual eye, and it is also somewhat away from my oily lids!

All those runaway red lipstick lovers, if i have russian red, do i need it? Is it much different/that much nicer? I always wear either a bright eye or bright lips out, even to work. Its got to the point where if i go neutral i get asked if I'm alright I love this collection, its perfect in its colourfulness

i don't have a good camera or i would post a swatch comparison for you, but the two are pretty different on me, and if you have lighter lip colour might be even more so. russian red is more tomatoey, and runway red has a lot more blue...tends more towards blood red.

I am annoyed, the new Runaway Red I hauled is not the same color as the Runaway Red from MAC me over

now i get why some describe that its more bright red brown and some say its more deep red-blue

I really don't like this new one and thinking of returning it. The point of hauling another was due to its uniqueness in the MAC red family; and how it worked for me. I am so bummed because I am not going to try to get another one, have the same issue and keep making returns. All I know is that I don't want another one from the AA1 batch.

I would have a giant collection! I wouldn't worry about anything expiring, that's for sure. I am still awaiting a restock and telling myself to avoid Ebay...I should've gotten a WMS when it was first out, but I was concerned by the orange tones. And yet today I have on Fresh Honey blush and I realize that some orange can do awesome things for my skin.

Which lipstick would u Bu in this collection. I was only able to get watch me simmer and I will back it up in the reel sexy, but I was not able to get quick sizzle so is it backup material.

I would definitely BU Quick Sizzle...mad I didn't get two to begin with. It is a gorgeous bright matte pink. I know MAC is going to have a ton of other awesome lippies, but I always LOVE matte pinks! I love WMS too, but I probably will wear QS more often.

Quick Sizzle and Runaway Red for me are the most bu worthy.

My order from Nordstroms just shipped today. I back ordered QS on the 7th, one can only hope MAC will restock some time this week!

You definitely should! If not for Mac Guy's suggestion, I never would've picked up Fresh Honey, and it is amazing on me. It honestly looks much more natural on my skin than pink blush and it lasted forever today. I'm going to look at some swatches of Modern Mandarin and see if I can potentially pull it off since I'm super pale. I will say this collection and Naturally have cured my fear of orange, though I'm not quite to Morange levels yet!
