^LOL! I have used the overnight shipping code four times and I don't know when that code expires. Now I will have to hold back until next week to get the other items that I want from this collection.

Wow- I finally made it through the thread! Thanks for all the fantastic swatches! Does anyone have comparison swatches of porcelain pink, petticoat, Light year and star wonder.... And also comparison swatches of daylight mes and similar shadows from this collection

^I'm almost done with this collection. All I need is Light Year MSF, VAE, either Celestial Kiss or Galaxy Rose c/g and maybe Earthsine MSF. I'm such a MAC hoarder! LOL! I'm known to be one on Twitter.

I love and adore my MES and wear them regularly. Like to the point that the only other eyeshadows I use are my Mega Metals and Prolongwear. Full disclosure though I'm a glitter freak.

First do not swirl your MES. It will cause it to become muddy. I pat in whatever area I want the color to be or if I want all the colors I pat in a place where they all meet. I only use mine wet so then I spray my brush with Fix + and pat on my eye. Then I buff it out on my eye.

As I said I do this process for the 8 or so MES (what's that you said about short term memory Richelle?) that I have and they all still look great. Not like the testers you see when you go to the counter after an hour. Lol.

My goodies are being delivered today! Of course it's a night that I get home late. Boo.

Thanks for the tip on not swirling :) I'm going to try your technique. Maybe I fall in love with my MES, too! The counter testers always scared me lol. I was like is it going to look like thaaaat later on? Enjoy your haul!

I like to wear them both swirled and individually. One of the things I love about MES is that you can get a lid color, highlight and crease color all in one shadow. I think Rodarte was the cancelled collection. Are you thinking of Naturally?

That's true about MES having three uses. Makes them so much more appealing :)

And, yes, Rodarte was cancelled, but I used to know someone who worked in beauty... to make a long story short, MAC sent out the products from Rodarte to magazines and blogs for review/consideration WAY before the same bloggers elevated their opinions on it. A shadow, pigment and gloss from the collection was given to me by this lovely person who works in beauty. I think I have the Sleepwalker MES still in the box. I can def dig it up and post swatches or anything if u want! :)

Yeah I never use those suckers dry. I shellac them on my eyes and love it!

I haven't tried the MSFs on my face yet, but I really like how they look on my arm. They have a lovely sheen and feel very smooth. I think Center of the Universe is my favorite just based on the arm swatches. I was so excited to get these babies open that I didn't realize I had to push the button to lift the lid. Lol, lame!



Fire Sign - Venus - Cut A Caper


I find the lustre finish very easy to wear and I like them, but I don't need BUs. I favor more bright, slap-you-silly-in-your-face vibrant colors. Fire Sign is a soft, muted red on my lips. I'd say more like a sheer cranberry or maroon. OK, I may need a backup of Fire Sign since I don't have anything like it. Venus and Cut a Caper are very pretty. Dainty, demure and feminine are how I would describe them. Venus is a soft, sweet pink on me and Cut a Caper is a very soft peach. Lol, I guess "soft" is the keyword here.



Meteoric - Astral - Galaxy Rose


I love the sparkles in Meteoric and Astral. I'm debating BUs of those two, or maybe just Meteoric.

I'm in love with Earthshine. I feel like getting another but I know I won't need it. It's just so pretty! And I've already put in my 2nd order so you making me want to get Fire Sign is just not right:)

It doesn't sound creepy. I really appreciate it! Makeup makes me happy and with everything else thats going on in the world, it's so nice to have something that makes you forget everything and just be HAPPY!

Can't even give Cut a Caper away to the resident teen. One look at the colour and she already knows she won't like it.

Anybody want to swap for a slightly used (disclaimer: I applied to mouth once) lippie? Hate to return it when I bought blind (my own fault) and when it's now sold out. Happy to clean with rubbing alcohol or whatever one does to sanitize one of these.

Updated: Cut a Caper sold.
