Not to be a downer, but are you sure it just isn't a sample? I was all excited today, too, when I got a notice from UPS, but then I recalled someone saying they got the free samples without the lippie. Lame!OMG La PROVOCANTE LIPSTICK HAS SHIPPED!!!!!

If you do call lmk what they say. I got an email from them Saturday saying to never fear I would get them but you know I kinda assumed I would be getting a shipping notice by now. However I have already called them once since the original mailing date of the 6th so am holding off. I am also holding off ordering the blue illusions collection from them...which I have been thinking of getting the e/s and e/l and np but well there are things I can pick up from the stores instead of waiting 13 days w/no shipping notification.
I need a Chanel Fix
*pretend I didn't attend an event Saturday and buy 3 new lippies and nail polishes, an eyeshadow and ummmm blush~ yeah that was the haulage*

they handed me their pouch with some of their skin care samples in it.... I don't know if Im supposed to consider that a gift? I mean you go to dior, ysl, lancome etc and you know you get lipstick! and skin care stuff! and mascara! and a bag! and some perfume! and yeah. I don't think I got a gift. Could be wrong. Don't ever recall getting a gift from chanel and I have been buying chanel off and on for a decade

Damn.. Now I'm all nervous... I used my debit card... I just checked online and I don't see the -32.50 out of my checking still, but I don't see it going back into my account.
Perhaps it is being processed today... IDK I'd have to call the bank.
All I know is I got this email: Something *Hopefully the lipstick* will be on my door Monday.*

I don't mind the on time business I just mind not getting it at all. I could have ordered the first day they went up if I hadn't already pre-ordered ya know? It seems that the peeps that ordered them the first few days they were up have already gotten them and I ordered from Seattle a week before that.... my timeline might be off but yeah I may fret until I get them but once they are here I won't care how long it took

I mean even if they do intend to fulfill the order in a week or two.. Why?
I know it is Chanel and they are trying to give you some kind of good service...
But sending samples is not great customer service. It isn't going to make me want or fall in love with Chanel anymore than I already am.
To send samples as a "I'm sorry but we can't fulfill your order" courtesy is not what I call a courtesy.
A courtesy to me would be like 10 to 20 percent off my next online order... Or quite a bit of samples of various things all being "deluxe" sized.
Otherwise just cancel my order and be done with it.

They must think it's a positive since they're paying for shipping just to send them. Maybe if enough people call and tell them they don't consider it a good thing they'll stop.

I received a response today saying that they would forward it on to their Distribution center & then once they find out what was going on, someone will call me. I won't hold my breath.
