wow I though that Carine collection was the anniversary of Cindy O___o nuooooooooo another big collection T______T I was ready to spend all my money on Glamour Daze... I'm already penniless....

I'm elated to see another collaboration with an artist. Lopez certainly made his mark in the fashion world!

I really like that MAC does these collaberations with such artists. I haven't heard of Antonio Lopez before. Now, I will google him and find out more about him. I'm looking forward to see what colors they come up with for this collection.

I just saw the other link Tx to Princess Sarah (below). I love the bold colors and the artistic creativity he does. It kind of reminds me a little of Andy Warhol. I do hope for some really bold, bright, unusual colors with his collaberation with MAC.

I feel the same way. I went to a Mac counter yesterday and the MA was telling me how excited he was as he had done Fashion Week and was able to use all the Spring 2013 products. Usually, I would have asked him to tell me more about Spring 2013 but I'm just so overwhelmed by all the Holiday collections and other products I want, I didn't have the heart to ask about Spring. I'm penniless too.

I'm glad that the information trickles down bit by bit. It makes it more exciting rather than having all the information at once and then you have to wait many months until you get a new kick.

I'm also sure MAC will throw in some extra collections between now and Christmas.

I agree with the OP, I'm way into fall and Holiday right now. Don't even want to think about Spring and warmer temps right now. Here in South GA we are just beginning to enjoy below 90 degree weather. I hope it is a sign that we will actually have a winter this year. We barely had a winter last year with 77 degree temps in Jan. UUGGGHHHH!!!! I'm actually one of those people who really likes fall and winter.

For us artsy people, this is awesome. I studied Lopez in school; his drawings were really influential in the fashion world. If you are into vintage Vogues, you know his name. It's tragic to see how his early death ended his career far too soon. In fact, so many great artists have been stigmatized in the past due to their unfortunate infection with HIV. After so many decades, it's very cool to see MAC dig up his legacy. He will ruffle the feathers of the fashion world, even from his grave.
