MAC for Marilyn

CIS isn't something I need, but I will probably buy it anyway. It doesn't look like heartless to me. It actually looks lighter than Heartless and a lot lighter than it's dark true red description.

Maybe that means the "deep scarlet" will actually be red? None of the swatches look terribly unique. I think I am over the lippies and getting excited about the blushes! TPC looks a lot like Blushbaby and Tenderling which I love and Legendary looks like it will look good on just about anyone. Add special packaging, it will be hard NOT to get them. The one thing I know for sure is the BP is coming home and I am pretty sure I want Silver Screen VP e/s and maybe the darker grey one. All of the white/silver tones e/s look very similar in swatches...which means all 4 probably won't be necessary...

Thanks! The $34 BP is just as much as I'm willing to pay. I buy NARS for $32 and that's just about my magic number. I can live with the $20 lippie, but no way I'd pay $26 for a lipglass.

I'm not into The Perfect Cheek blush. I've passed on it before because it doesn't seem like it'll be right for my complexion. I am curious about Legendary. A pale soft coral is how it's described, but I wonder if it's too soft to show up on me and I wonder if it's close at all to Instant Chic (which I love, but don't need another). Ack, too many questions about this collection with a week to go before I am supposed to go to that event. About 60% of me is telling me not to go and to just skip this. I'm not big on Marilyn anyway and none of the colors really seem inspiring. I need to save up for collections that really excite me. Decisions, decisions.

The collection is finally up at Temptalia! ... But it looks like the same promo pictures that we have been seeing for months... I'd really like to see how Love Goddess looks on someone or a swatch. Looks like I may have to wait until the 25th!
