I just have the "your order has been recieved" email but I don't know if that counts. It says its in process when I look at my account.Has anyone got an email confirmation yet???????? Worried....

Okay I'm a little nervous for two reasons here:
1) I got an email from Nordies saying that they received my order, but I noticed that my billing address doesn't say my apartment number (but my shipping address does). I checked my account info on their website (which I created just for this, btw), and on THERE it says my apartment number. So I'm guessing I'm okay on that, but still a little nervous my card won't go through or something now since the billing address has to match.
2) Nowhere in the email I received does it have an estimated arrival date or anything. It says what day and time they received my order, but that's it. Should I be worried?

I never order from them anymore personally. Once they sent me the wrong item and they ship in thin plastic bag things. Or at least they did last time I checked. Like not even bubble mailers. So many a time I would get things that were damaged in some way. I would think that for lippies it might not be a big deal but anything that is more fragile might get damaged.

That's what mine said and I was worried. I did a live chat and they looked up my order and said it would be shipping. I hope they're right or I'm going to cry lol

Don't worry ladies Nordstrom is always good with online orders I always order from them and the order says processing like the first day and they'll send shipping usually the next day or so
