Love your product description. We have heard about this leopard makeup bag and I'm very eager to see it.

So my mom just sent me a video of the collection. She was in a rush so couldn't swatch anything. It was just the sets that were out but so excited!!!! Why am I do Mac crazy!?!?

The kits are adorable. I"ll be buying multiples, just b/c. I really like the VG nicki bag set. He said the Bpowder kits will actually have one suitable for WOC. Rumor has it, that once you run out of the products in this kit, you can remove the inserts and use it as a clutch.

He LOVED the fluidlines. I acted like I was surprised to see we'd have some, and he was super excited. He said the pink was gorgeous, and I asked how it would be on WOC, he said they were gorgeous. There is one that is like a gray version of blitz-n-glitz.

Oh and the back of the book said the release date was 10/25. There is a bright pink (love goddess twin?) that we both said will sell out fast.

yay a beauty powder that can suit woc. I guess Liba was right when she told me mac might end up doing that.

A lot of them are nice- I really like the palette that came out with their Fall collection, actually- but my absolute favourite is Arctic Sky. It's a slightly greyed light blue with a bit of a pink sheen. Don't need to pair it with anything- it can make a look all by itself.

Anyone one know if the Miami/Aventura store is having an event?

I had called them a few days ago. They were still having several MM related events and were not aware of any planned for GD. I guess they went all out for MM with the preview event plus renting out an area of the mall when the collection came out they have to recover,lol. Fingers crossed I will see these beauties sometime next week at Nordies. I was told that they are possibly anticipating them in the store this weekend. Mac online told me that there is more to come this year and paint pots "MAY" be in the mix. They put me on hold and checked but had very little info to go by and did not want to be misquoted

Thought about going to the one my local MAC store is having on the 16th, but I'm feeling more and more like passing on it. The summer pre-release party was just so hectic and packed. Waiting on line to get into the store, then waiting in a crowd around a display until you can get close enough to see/try the products (or just being your own tank and forcing your way through the crowd to get to the products) took a little of the joy out of it for me. I used to get kind of excited about that sort of experience, but now I'm to the point where I'd rather just stay home and order my stuff online a couple of days later. Besides, it's exciting getting those lovely black boxes delivered to my doorstep!
