MAC for Marilyn

I've finally had a chance to try out my MM Lippies (SI,DA & CIS) and OMG OMG OMG

them all sooooooo much.
I'm still waitin on my LG to come in the mail and I just cannot wait. Is it Friday yet?? lol

I was a little worried about purchasing 4 red lippies, boy am I glad they are all uniquely beautiful in their own way. I was most hesitant about SI looking too orange on me it's just not the case. I have to say MAC really hit it out of the ball park with these red shades (although SI is a re-promote).

Question for the NC35-NC40 skin ladies out there.
How does the MM BP work on you? I hear its a little "chalky". Have yet to try it... I don't want to swatch it if it's gonna be too light on me.

Lastly wanted to say hello to Hwdsprincess. Glad to see another makeup addict from Hayward! hehe

I wanted to take a pic like this too of all the Heroines I cp'd, but because the shipping of Mac NL sucks they didn't arrive all at the same time and I wanted to ship as soon as possible when they arrived at my house. When I finish shipping the last ones I will probably have shipped about 15 or so. I'm a Heroine dealer haha

Ow and I went back to my local counter today, because I was tempted to get another BU of Scarlet Ibis and to my suprise the only sold out lippie was Deeply Adored. They also sold out of both blushes and the beauty powder, but the other lipsticks were still there! I got the SI BU and also a second BU of Love Goddess and the first BU of Charmed, I'm Sure. Now Charmed, I'm Sure is also sold out, I got the last one.
I love the lippies in this collection so much

I've worn Deeply Adored yesterday and Scarlet Ibis today. Which one should I wear tomorrow, Love Goddess or Charmed, I'm Sure?

I actually regret not getting more lipsticks from this collection.. oh well.. I'll live I wanted SI and DA. I really wanted a deep red lipstick so I got Rocker from By Request, hopefully it will be what I'm looking for.. ))

Ow and I also forgot to tell that I swatched Scarlet Ibis and Lady Danger next to each other at my counter again. Lady Danger is brighter and more orange. I see Scarlet Ibis as a muted version of it and that's why I like it better. I don't own Lady Danger, but I can tell from the swatch that I would not be able to wear it as ofter as Scarlet Ibis.

Edit: I also believe I forgot to to mention the difference between Love Goddess and YSL Rose Crazy. Love Goddess is pinker and lighter and has a sheen. Rose Crazy is also clearly pink next to a real red, but it is a deeper shade of pink red and it's more on the red side then Love Goddess. I love both of them.

I gave this collection the big skip! I went to Pro about a week ago to take a look at it and frankly nothing moved me. I have what I consider to be my perfect reds at the moment. Kanga Rouge, Ruby Woo and Media. The other items in the collection were fairly dupeable or not for my complexion. However if I were forced to purchase anything I would have walked away with Deeply Adored. Now that's a vampy red I can get behind!

I'm wearing Legendary blush, Forever Marilyn BP on the top of my cheekbones and on the bridge of my nose and Love Goddess lipstick. As a reference, I'm NC25-ish and my lips are not pigmented at all.
