I remember seeing a post where she apologized if she didn't have swatches / reviews done on time, she stated that she wouldn't get this collection until she was able to afford it

The EDSF are massive and I doubt anyone would finish one in a year of regular use so your good with Whisper of Gilt for sure.

I went to the CCO today and they had SO MUCH MAC! More than I have ever seen there, including over 4 dozen different lipglosses/lipsticks (including Violetta in VV packaging!), all the HC MES except Sky, some GP stuff (Elude, Inert, and the pigments).
I got kind of overwhelmed - I only bought 2 things. Mary lipgloss from MW1 (I've wanted a gold gloss for ages!) and Midnight Snack f/l from S3C3. So I feel I can skip the two darker f/l from GD now and just get Feminine Edge :D

You will love it. And the formula of the MW glosses is just divine. Imagine CSG texture, but better (more moisturizing). I stocked up on Mary too.

LOL, you're probably right but...I already ordered a BU, plus one of Outrageously Fun. I also ordered Small Vanity after looking at swatches from this thread. I've already worn through one Glorify and halfway through Superb from the previous launch, so I don't want to take any chances.

I already have Kim from MW2 and I adore it! I was so happy to find a gold one - I can wear it over every-day type l/s to spice them up a bit :)
Also it was only £10

Even thought I already preordered Whisper of Gilt from Nordies I just bought another from the MAC site - hope I love it :)

I ended up with WOG x 2, Superb x 2, OF x 2, small vanity x 1, glamour daze x 1.. I'll check out the rest of the items in stores.

I got a sneak peek behind the counter the other day... the sales girl said she wasn't supposed to show anyone before it was released... but she did it anyways!! YAY for me!

I bought:

-Superb EDSF
-Beauty lipstick

that's it!!

I have so many blushes, and the fluidlines and eyeshadows didn't impress me. they weren't all that pigmented!

Man! I've been out for a little bit and this thread goes nuts! I cancelled my pre-order that I did during the Marilyn event and just ordered my stuff through Nordstroms. The store I did the event at isn't that close to me and I know Nordstrom's is reliable, I changed my mind at the last minute about the fluidlines (was going to get all three in my original pre-order) because it seems I never use the ones that I already have. (I stick mainly with my good ol' regular liquid) Maybe after I see swatches I may pick them up. The glitter is what I'm most curious about. I want it to be noticeable but not candy raver, you know?

Also, even though I know I shouldn't I passed on WoG...I think I have enough highlighters and I'm worried because it looks *so* gold. Anyone care to try to talk me into it? ;)

On a side note: I've been having a pretty horrible time recently. I was attacked by a few people on one of our city buses last week and got hurt pretty badly. I'm home still recovering today and so glad that I spend the time hauling and swatching with Specktra! You are all helping to remind me that there is some good out in this crazy world! I love that this community is so polite and helpful and I just wanted to thank you all for helping me get my mind off things for a bit.

Now...Back to hauling!

I've seen that on the MAC website but for Nordstroms too? Or maybe she placed different orders....lol who knows but i thought 9 was a funny number and if i see 8 of them go up on ebay...well, i don't know what i'd do hahaha i just hope she REALLY loves them and it's for her personal stash
