After seeing swatches of the teal pigment sets, I am thinking of cancelling my pre-order. The only one I really want is the teal in the set and others were patchy in texture.

I actually got the brush kit to use the case for my full size brushes. They do fit very nicely in the bottom pouch, but I'm afraid of putting the brushes in there without any protection. I'm also worried that the brushes could stain the satin lining. I haven't tried any of the smaller short handle brushes before, so I'm curious if I'm going to like them or not.I got one of the brush kits as a prezzie from my friend, but I don't really buy travel kits coz I still prefer the quality of the full size brushes from MAC. With this travel bag... I can fit my full size brushes nicely into it and can do away with the itty bitty travel size brushes when I go travelling. I never can get used to using a small itty bitty blusher brush or powder brush to brush my face...jus feels... funny. Juz me I supposed. Too used to full size brushes

I was only going to get Impossibly Sweet and Tall, Dark & Handsome from the Dutch website, which I did (grudgingly, if I might add).
I made a big (VERY big by my standards, but this collection was right up my alley) haul when the collex was released on the US site and had the stuff sent to the address at which a colleague will be staying during her short US trip. Then I realised I needed IS and TD&H too! Evil, enabling swatches!!!
Here's my haul (which I won't have between my greedy fingers until the end of next week)

- all three fluidlines

re: CP - thank you, you're very kind. If MAC continues to charge silly prices then CPs are going to be the way to go for us European (and Aussie) girls.

I'm pretty much done with this collection, so now it's on wait for the next one!
I'm glad that I can take a break from stalking MAC until Dec. (no taste temptations for me)
Feels kind of weird to have to wait that long lol
oh well, on to enjoy the rest of my birthday!!

Im doing the same thing! Skipping till the strength collection comes out and the après, well hopefully I don't get sucked into getting anything in between, I kinda like the lavender sounding blush but I'd have to test it. I must say Dramatic Encounter rocks! It's so lovely & silky to apply, and the vampy eggplant-burgundy shade is ever so gorggg.
I'm going on a NO BUY, I've spent wayyy too much at MAC & Sephora recently. If Sephora has their customer appreciation sale
I will get a Clarisonic face wash, another brush head or two, and perhaps a foundation. I'm tired of keeping up with all the MAC collections
they are driving me nuts.

O yes, I am pretty sure our husbands are brothers of a different mother. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard that about money/don't need makeup from my husband. My addictions are not appealing to him, but my 15 year old niece loves checking out my armoire and drawers.

I know...it is so purple...I didn't see a lot of red in the swatch I took. I can't wait to try it on. It is out for delivery today along w/RTP edes and Talk Softly to Me l/g.

I called mac today to ask why my order wasn't gift wrapped when they sent out the email promoting free gift wrap! I told them that is what made me order thru them versus Nordstroms or Macy's and u kno what they said?!? they haven't received the gift wrap yet do I want a refund on my shipping! I said it was free shipping! omg helllllla dumb so then she said to just call back in a couple weeks to have them send me the gift wrap! ughhh so irritated lol
