MAC for Marilyn

Oh dear.
There's still wayyyyyyy more than half left - the dip is in the middle only (at the moment anyway!)

Sorry if you've said this before, but what brush/application technique are you using to apply it?

I use a kabuki brush and use Forever Marilyn as a setting powder. I've used it 5-6 days a week for the past month. Here's my used one is on the left, brand new BU on the right. I'm so intrigued

Wearing DA for the first time today (with Beet liner)... In LOVEEEEEEE!
Going to have to order Vino to use with it too based on the recs here... These lippies are chameleons with these different liners! SO versatile!! Who would've thought that a collection of red lipsticks could have so many universally flattering shades!

Yup!

I've been playing around with different l/l with theses reds.

Plus I've been layering them with other reds.

I LOVE IT!

I really like this one too!
I have it on with cherry + currant l/l.

Hmmm- I think I'm gonna rotate through all of my MAC reds next week. 7 days of red lippies!

I really like LG but right now I'm into deeper reds and burgundies.

LG, to me, is the perfect Springy/Summery red. Light and refreshing!

I think this is why DA and CIS are getting a lot of love from me right now.

They are the deeper fall colors I crave.

I think that's why I needed Burgundy because it's bright. I like how it looks but maybe I will try with Vino. I wonder how DA would look with Nightmoth liner? Hmmmm...may have to try that!

i hate LG because it stains my lips badly!! ill probably use moxie in the spring or party parrot. i somehow only liked pz, i sold my bu of lovegoddess and swaped my bu of da.

Ohh ok! The brush I use is bigger but I only do one swirl and just pat it on my face and buff it out. I haven't used the HS 167 much!


My MM lipstick:

DA > LG > CIS > SI > PZ

I wear LG more on a daily basis, it's wonderful as a stain, but that's also good because I didn't feel the need to BU it as much as DA or CIS. This collection gave me courage to wear SI, even though I have the Iris version in use now + 1 BU, and I got a MM packaging BU. PZ just doesn't show up on me, but I got one because I wanted to complete the MM packaging lol.

My favorite item from this collection is the beauty powder, followed by Preferred Blonde eyeshadow!

I've been wearing the heck out of it with SG e/s. (DANG - Wish I would have purchased back-ups!!!)

I've tried Deeply Adored, an adviser from Sephora said it was gorgeous ( and it is ! ) but so many people stared. Very few women wear bold lipsticks here, what a pity ! Red lipsticks are so beautiful ! I picked up Star Dust, L'Impatiente and Malice from Chanel, l'Impatiente looks pretty, I will try it soon and they can always stare !

That happened to me today wearing DA too! And I don't give a "D"!!! HeeHee Just hold that head high & eventually they'll think THEY are the ones that just don't get it!! Red lippies are IN... take notes peeps! HeeHee

woah! how the heck are you using this? I have used mine every day, as an all over face powder, with no dip yet. Maybe yours is really soft?

I can totally see using FM daily it is just so gorgeous and I am not sure what to do when it runs out, do we have an idea for dupes? I love BP in general and this could be my favorite BP ever. Until I got FM, Flower Mist Dew was the only face product I ever bought BU for.

I Skipped FM BP because it just looked so boring and dull swatched at the counter. Glad you ladies are enjoying it! I thought it was going to be useless.

I like FM beauty powder but I'm not loving it to be honest. I use Guerlain Meteorites more every day, and I use FM only sometimes.. I prefer the finish of Meteorites personally.

L'impatiente is on my wishlist, along with Malice! How are you liking them so far? I'd love to know.
