I have so many products that I didn't dare to use when I bought them because I didn't want to run out. Now I don't care for most of them. Or they smell funny. LOL.

Enjoy your B/P! And do it now :)

If I like a product, I usually BU, but only to the extent to which I will be able to finish and use them. I tend to go more sparingly when I'm down to my second to last BU, especially with those products that work wonders on my pale NW complexion. In general, however, I agree with BuickMacakne and say use your products and enjoy them as much as you can.

Absolutely. There's no beauty product that I save for special occasions; I bought them to use and enjoy. I don't normally back products up because I'm confident that MAC or someone else will come out with a lippie or eyeshadow I like just as much. Besides, sometimes one is enough. I loved Star Quality CSG this spring/summer, but now I'm over it. Since I only have about 1/5 left, I don't care. Maybe I'll like it again next spring, but it's more likely that there will be a new one I love.

I would never back up a blush because it took me more than a decade to essentially use up 2-3. Now that I have a couple of dozen, I'll probably never get there; I wear blush daily but prefer a light hand. There's no colour I can't imagine being able to replicate or improve on in some way.

This BP is different. It's a powder product so it won't go off as quickly as cream products and I consistently go through about 2.5 blot powder or translucent powder each year. I started a new blot powder in July and I've got more far more pan than product; it will probably start to crumble soon as the circle that's remaining gets thinner and thinner. Even if I'm able to get another couple of FM, I won't have more than 18-24 months worth. That should be long enough for MAC to launch the next generation of it.

Yeah, I know you guys are right but I'm such a pale NC it's hard for me to find anything that is just perfect like this.

I have 2 Strada's, 1 from Gareth Pugh and 1 from the original packaging when it was perm, but I only use that on special occassions too because I can't get my hands on it. A lot of people have said it's available perm here at PRO and I've called tons of times to be told it's "Out of Stock", not "Sold Out" but it never comes back so I hate to use it as every other contour I've used looks orange/dirty/muddy on me. :(

restock means I got a bottle of Stage Red. I honestly regretted not buying it and picking up the eyeshadows instead. Yeah I know MAC np are not known for being great

Unfortunately, Strada wasn't perm. It was just available as a refill for Pros during the GP release.

No, this is the first BP I've ever bought. Is TC still available?
Do you guys have CCO in the Great White North? I have seen Too Chic BP and Elude aplenty at my local CCO and both of them would be similar (not the exact same though) to the effect of the FM powder. I am sure I will hit pan on my FM, its that good. I am hoping to have a BU soon.

I saw a bunch of Eludes at my CCO a couple of weeks ago! If FM hadn't just come out then I would have been tempted to get another, but they're double the price of FM and have less product :(
I'm saving mine for December when I'm at my palest and it will be perfect

I just put Stage Red on my fingers and toes tonight. It's the exact shade of red that I love. The formula is good...good opacity and they look great

My local MAC accepts them, and so do the counters near me, but I would ask your stores if they accept them, or call ahead of time, just to be on the safe side.
My local MAC accepts the compacts for B2M too. I need to depot a few blushes to make room for future hauls. I vowed not to get anymore blush palettes (already have 3 full) but already I need another one for my ever growing stash. It's disgusting. I wouldn't know willpower if it bit me on the butt!

For some reason, I'm going through FM much faster than I do with my Elude - I think you don't need as much product with Elude to get the perfect coverage and lightening effect, so the quantity difference is sort of at par.

I think I could wear me up some Elude starting now, but I've been busy with FM, so Elude hasn't gotten the love quite yet.

Also I use my Careblend powder in Light all the darn time, not only have I hit pan, but there's more pan than product at this point - just about ready for a new one. It really is an exceptional powder and I recommend it to everybody. 'Might not be quite as fancy as Elude or FM, but it's so easy on the skin and makes you look radiant. I will be really sad if they ever discontinue it, but it seems like it'll be around for the foreseeable future.

The CCO I'm going to this weekend had quite a few Elude and Strada the last time I was there. I didn't pick either up because I didn't think they suited me, which is a good thing since I don't think I could pay $42(?) for something at a CCO! The packaging was quite nice, but I'm glad I'm able to pass.

One thing about Elude, it's just a little less matte than FM, which makes it more versatile, I think. Of course, FM having more of a peach tone to it makes it more versatile than Elude from another perspective, though hehe. I love them both!!!!

I don't mind matte because my skin's natural oils are enough to soften that, even in dryer seasons like fall/winter. Besides, I think I'm too cheap for Elude.

I've never tried Careblend; maybe after I get through my stash I'll check it out. Now that I'm up to 5 (FIVE) FMs, I think that will take awhile.

I will try the Careblend Light. I have been using P&P transparent finishing but it looks a lil too white for now. Although in January when I get that anemic vampire look, it may be perfect.
