MAC Strength Collection Discussion (December 2012)

Just used the free overnight shipping code to place an order while I wait for Strength and AC to come online so I can place yet another order, lol

I was thinking it might pop up on Pro after the free 2 day shipping code expired, but it didn't. Though now it looks like there's a free overnight shipping code, so maybe after that expires is when it'll pop up? If it comes online after midnight after the code expires, then that means it will be online on 12/22, which would line up with last year's schedule.

This collection is so confusing, I bought it was a MAC exclusive collection, but today I checked my local Macy's counter and the mua said they'd be getting this collection the day after Xmas... No pre orders though :/

Thought I bought Absolute Power today....but it turned out the sales assistant accidentally put Strong Woman in my bag! The funny thing is I didn't even realize until I started to apply....and I was like 'huh? Purple?' I'm going to have to phone them bright and early tomorrow...

Something is definitely going on about the Strength release - I texted my store manager today to put aside an Absolute Power BU and he texted back saying that the collection was coming out on Jan. 3rd. The last time I saw him in person he said it was still the 26th, so something's up….I didn't text him back for clarification, but he's not a spaced out guy - it's his job to know the release schedule better than anyone else in that store.

Very odd, especially with all these pre-sales. Maybe there's going to be a restock, due to the advance interest, and they figured they'd just push the whole thing back to the original release date?

It's a head-scratcher.

fyi, just tried "prospeed" and it works for pro members! for overnight shipping! too bad the stuff from glamourdaze that i wanted to back up sold out .

Firm Form is actually wearable on it's own for those into dark lippies. It's not that intense as one would think. It's not inky,oily slick black. You have to build it up to get it super dark. I'm thinking of backing it up and pairing it with Black Swan liner (have to double check if it's lip safe). The only lippie I BU'ed was Strong Woman. I maayyyy check out Apres Chic tomorrow. This collection totally over took my mind and I forgot all about that one.

I love red lipsticks so much so it's not like it will ever get wasted. I will definitely post a picture when I get the change. I'm glad you like them

I haven't posted pics in a while, but it's because I don't have a change for it anymore. When I leave for work it's not light enough yet and when I'm back it's completely dark I want summer back or a winter with more sun. It doesn't have to be hot I just want more light during the day and for a longer time.

I also want quad swatches. I need to know if I have to get Inner Strenght after all. I already gave in for Absolute Power and Strong Woman, so why not do the same for the quad too. All Woman was already mine, but I like quads and neutral quads are always handy right?
