MAC Strength Collection Discussion (December 2012)

Well, I got up early to check if this and AC were online yet. Kind of surprised they're not. Oh well, guess I'll check again after work! At least now I have time to ask another SA if they'll hold items for me so I can pick these things up in store. I asked someone yesterday and she wasn't sure if they were allowed to hold things from the collections, so I'll try talking to a manager today. Though with how much I've been working, I'm toying with the idea of just ordering online after all. It would be worth the price of the shipping to have one less place I have to go during this hectic month!

so sleepy.... couldn't even sleep good with all this stress about this collection. I kept thinking hmm if I don't get up and check it will be my luck that it did go online and everything would've been sold out. Back to bed I go. This stalking is really pissing me off. I wish my MAC store would just let me preorder to save me the headache.

The Mac Pro store on 22nd street has the collection. I called yesterday and put some lipsticks on hold. They open at 12 pm.

i didn't get that colour but i'm pretty sure you are not alone, because it was pretty!

from memory and online swatches i think strong woman is more purple...a red purple, but def purple. i'll try to take a pic later this aft....

Speaking of Daphne Guinness lippies...do you happen to have Seasoned Plum too and can compare it to Strong Woman?

Hi all! I've been lurking on Specktra for a while and just decided to join. Thank you to whoever said that MAC Pro in Dallas was releasing the collections early!! My sweet momma went and picked up PaPa, PiPi, and Stereo Rose, Rosy Romance, Haute Altitude, and Hot Chocolate from AC. I can't wait to see then on Christmas morning. I'll be just like a little kid!

Thank you! I will let you know. It was the only l/b that really jumped out at me once I saw the swatches. The others looked like they would be too milky peach/pink for me.
