That's awful. You may want to call back and speak to a supervisor to get a definite answer. I'm waiting on my package to arrive today and I hope all of my items will be in the box. I really hope you get your stuff.I received my packages today and 4 lipsticks are MISSING from one package( 2 firm form, 1 absolute power and 1 apres chic
I payed overnight shipping with all 3 different orders placed just from the fear that I don't miss anything since lipsticks were selling out quickly.... I am waiting for an email from them to confirm either the shipment or refund.. Hoping with the shipping confirmation!

Thank you for the tip CartoonChic, I will call back and ask for the supervisor... this never happened to me before grrr.. on the bright side I got PiPi and Party Parrot with back ups, I will play with them when I solve this issue :/
This happens to me as well. Most all greys do that. With one MAC exception... HOCUS POCUS! Love it!

It looks like only some freestanding stores are allowing sales of this collection starting today. I keep getting conflicting information. I had called the store on Monday and was first told Jan. 3, then that it would be available today. I go in and was told it will be the 3rd. They said they won't do holds or pre-orders because of what happened with the Marilyn collection, which I understand, but they did a pre-sale for me for Taste Temptation.
Now I'm going to have to take time off from work to go back on the 3rd.

SW looks lovely on you!
That's how SW looks on me, I'm C4. I LOVE it. On me, Heroine and SW look quite different. Heroine being more blue based.
Call it wishful thinking, but it reminds me a bit of Spitfire from WW. Not enough to kill my Spitfire lemming though

I had spitfire. Spitfire is more magenta/fuscia.

I meant to make it to the MAC store when they opened this morning but it was 20 degrees (in Central Texas, we are not prepared for these temperatures haha) so I slept in. I made it to the store at 2 and was able to get Pink Pigeon, Absolute Power, and Taupe Shape. I ordered Strong Woman online. So excited to finally have my hands on Pink Pigeon!!!

Yay Kimibos! I leapt out of my way too conservative box and nabbed Firm Form. In addition, I got Absolute Power, Party Parrot and Strong Woman.well im back from my store, and i was the only one in there, no early birds. i got my lipsticks from this collection. strong woman and firm form!!
