Strada is still the easiest for me as a contour. I love it!Thanks! I appreciate the help. I'm still trying to perfect contouring so I'm grateful for any advice.

Yup. After it took 4 days to get my "overnight shipping" the first and last time I chose overnight, I decided to stick with standard. Takes the same amount of time for me and it's cheaper!

I do too. I have 2 of them and use them sparingly. I bought NYX Taupe as I was told it was good/cheap for contouring - I haven't tried it yet - though I've also read they're now discontinuing it so if it is great, I'm gonna be out of luck again. Thankfully have 2 of them though if it works out. Lol.

I like Taupe too and have not been able to find it here in ages. I would love a TS with no sheen.

That instagram pic makes me want pink pigeon more. I have a friend that is gonna try and get me one from the mac store tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. Outcome not looking good.

My box arrived with everything inside. My lipsticks came packaged inside of a small black vinyl pouch with the MAC logo printed all over it. I was like cool, but then I remembered I accidentally selected MAC gift wrap.
Strong Woman is not like Heroine on me. It leans more magenta than Heroine and it's not as vibrant. Still a very pretty magenta purple shade, but seems more toned down. It seems like I would have a similar color in my stash, but I don't. It's darker than Dish It Up and Seductive Intent. Hoochie Lip Tar is probably the closest like someone else mentioned, but I didn't compare them yet. They weren't near me while I was doing my comparisons.
Absolute Power is not as dark as Runaway Red or as bright as Red Racer and Ruffian Red. It's actually extremely close to Charmed I'm Sure on me. Absolute power may have half a pinch more pink than Charmed I'm Sure, and that may be too much. But it still looks so good on, so all is forgiven.
Firm Form is more like a dark chocolate brown with gold flecks. I definitely need a full face of makeup to wear it properly, but it could work.

Damn damn. I caved! I was being so good *hangs head in shame* With how fast the lippies are selling out I didn't want skippers remorse. So I got Absolute Power and threw in Perky Lipglass. I am building my red lipstick collection. I only own two. Ok, NOW I'm on a no buy till Archie's lol

Oh boy did I get lucky! I saw that the blushes had sold out quickly, so I was worried about getting to MAC when it opened this morning. I decided to go to a slightly more remote store in Las Vegas, but my dad had to drive me. He took his sweet time getting dressed, and stopped into the bank on the way. The whole while I was like, "Uuurrrrgh! They're gonna sell out! Come on, dad!"
Turns out it was no big deal because all the products were fresh and the store was empty. I only bought Taupe Shape. Poised was too warm for me. I haven't tried TS on my cheeks left, but I'll wear it tomorrow. The lipsticks I either owned or had something similar.
Firm Form was disappointing. There really wasn't any sparkle to it. Maybe a slight shimmer. If anything, it looked kinda....brown. If you want black with gold sparkle, you're better off layering black lipstick and Bling Black gloss.
