MAC x Archie's Girls (Betty & Veronica) Collection Discussion (February 2013)

Maybe- Comic Cute...I'm a sucker for pink/coral nail polish. Strawberry Malt- I love how this looks on Karen's blog, but I don't wear reds often.
I also want the brush set, but bought two of the Glamour Daze brush sets in December. I also just bought both Oz palettes (Wizard of Oz fanatic/collector here!), so they're definitely at the bottom of my list.
When I first saw the pigments for this collection, I thought I would want ALL of them, but Betty's seem a little too frosty for me.

So I just called my MAC store in The Bay and the girl told me the brush set is ONLY ONLINE! Just in case you didn't know =)

OK I had a dream last night that Archies Girls launched and everytime I tried to add Betty Bright to my cart it would switch to google search, and I couldn't check out!!!!
It was AWFUL! Because of that nightmare my list has gotten larger:

I agree gracies90! Backups are always great! I bet a lot of girls wished they had a back up of Heroine instead of paying ridiculous prices for it! Glad it's coming back soon.At least we get Pro discount

@Mac-Guy I spent around $300.00 on pre-order for this line! I was on the phone with my cousin and he's getting everything I got and more for less! (He works for MAC) lucky dog! lol

But Pearlmatte Face Powder in Veronica’s Blush and Pearlmatte Face Powder in Flatter Me I would regret not getting (If I don't like them on me I can swap them away) and Betty Bright i wanted to get anyways. >__< sicker me in MAC!

It looks more like Night Blooming than Outrageously Fun or Pink Pigeon. I have BU's of PP and OF, but not NB and I really like that one so I might get a BU of DLG now...
It does lean more purple than the Instagram photo is letting on. When I swatched it in the store, I noticed that it would pair very well with Mall Madness l/g as far as color matching goes. It's more of a purplish-pink rather than the straight-up bright pink that you see in the photo. It reminded me of Outrageously Fun from Glamourdaze, but it is almost like a dustier, deeper version of that color. It also isn't shiny like a cremesheen or lustre finish, so it's more opaque than Outrageously Fun.
