yay just got my order today.
Betty Bright is a bit more pale looking then I thought it would be on me ( I have very pigmented lips so I think that's why it looks odd to me) but it's a wonderful color still and I tried putting different lip liner under it to darken the color and it looks awesome ^_^ I was also very worried it would look orange on me like most corals but it does lean abit more pink then normal corals I've seen.
Ronnie Red is very similar to Charmed I'm Sure but does have a slight pinker tone to it where Charmed I'm Sure is a true red. Daddy's Little Girl is a lot more purple then I thought which I'm happy about because it's not like any of the other bright pinks I have ^_^
Flatter Me is wonderful I was very worried that on my skin tone (I have not been matched yet by Mac but I'm going to assume I'm a N something 15 or less) I was worried it was going to be a bit too orange for me but it's not and will make for a great blush (since it might be too dark for all over) it does look a bit like Mighty Aphrodite from the Wonder Woman collection mixed together but Flatter Me is not as shimmery and is a bit less pink.
And OMG the packaging is even cuter in person. I am not a huge Archie fan but know the popularity of it but the cute hearts and how the girls look sold it for me haha

I was planning on purchasing a second Helmer but now I think I might need the Alex. Does anyone know if the Alex drawers are sturdier? The Helmer drawers get so heavy with nail polish.
I would call just to make sure.

MAC Canada is notorious for not updating orders. Many a time I have received my order and the site still says pending. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

I'm actually going to Ikea this weekend. In my opinion the Alex is sturdier. That was my debate at first. After going to Ikea and buying my vanity last weekend, the Alex is my choice.

When did you order?
I have 3 orders - 2 still pending and one shipped. All of them were placed the same day with overnight shipping, which really won't be overnight shipping now since the weekend is here.

I just walked in and saw my first black box sitting on my dining room table!! So excited to play with my new makeup! I think I will try BB first since I LIVE for coral
