This set up is awesome, I was looking at the Malm desk at Ikea a few weeks ago. I love the Alex drawers, I want the black version.

I agree. I think she has her own idea of what good makeup is and many people have the same idea but it's true that crazy pigment is not for everyone. I remember she gave the Evil Eye palette an F and I love it. LOVE IT. Next time I go to the CCO I'm getting another one.Hmmm... the products look very nice! Although I am not an Archie fan (I prefer japanese manga as my comics), I am really tempted by everything.
Does anyone feel like Temptalia expects all make up to be *bam* crazy pigmented in one stroke? I feel like many people benefit from the so called "dryness" and sheerness of make up, which makes it more wearable for people. I wonder if she thinks of anything that doesn't have sheen as dry? I really like MAC for how wearable everything is. With a good base, you could always build up to full pigmentation as well. If i want crazy pigmentation, I reach for Sugarpill. However, for day to day wear, I like my make up to look appropriate, flattering and wearable due to versatility of the products, which is why I love MAC. Full pigmentation is not for everyone and doesn't necessarily make it the best product. I just needed to put that out there... lol People automatically write off a product, because temptalia says so. However, I often find myself loving products she reviewed poorly. Products also look very different on me compared to her. She gave the betty quad a really poor review, but I feel like it is something I would really love. I am skipping Archie, because I just bought a white limited edition ps3, so I will live through everyone's hauls! lol
I very much like her style of reviewing, but I think it's impossible to entirely separate yourself from what looks good on you. If you look at the swatches with the review, it actually looks like a palette that would work really well on a very fairly skin tone- softer, more natural colours that (from the pics) apply very smoothly and evenly and give a more subtle look. I think this could work for a lot of fair-toned ladies.I am NC15 and almost all T's color reviews are the opposite for me, I got the Caramel Sundae and it works for me. Maybe you could check it out in person.
Thank You! I just ordered Betty Bright!Betty Bright is back in stock too...Go MAC!!
