I have to put on my makeup standing as well - thirty years of habit. I have one of those hinged magnifying mirrors installed on the side wall beside my bathroom vanity. I use it to apply my eye makeup. One of the things I hate most about travelling for business is that the lighting is so poor in hotel bathrooms. Ugh.

I have a two bulb fixture over my ensuite mirror and then potlights in the ceiling - I'm used to having great lighting.

It's sad to see that everybody's got their archie's stuff up on ebay and 99.5% of them use stolen or stock photos. For

sake at least take your own photos.

I know she is a member here so I'm not sure if this has been posted but Crystal is one of my favorite Youtubers and she always has great swatch videos.

how do you do it right?
Look at erinmichelle87's photo & then look at T's using the same eye shadow palette. Best example ever, and was an eye-opener (no pun intended) for me---couldn't be any clearer. One was a 'DO' and the other was a 'DON"T. I'm not trying to be cruel---it was just that lucid for me.

I have an amazing set up but it allows me to stand...right in front of my stash which is separated in drawers, by product type, in the order in which I use them & labeled by color. It just works for me.

Thanks. Now I can buy something else! :)
You may want to skip them both though unless you are going for a more subdued look. Most likely it will just warm up your complexion a bit. Just curious if anyone around NC40 has Cream Soda or Warmth of Coral? How well do they show up?

Love the spoiled rich quad so far even though I know I have dupes for all the colors, I also used flatter me pm as a blush and it looked great! I was in a hurry and didnt get to take pictures though. I tried to resist going into sephora today while i was at the mall since I placed 4 pretty large orders for the AG collection... I just couldn't do it!! I got both the pressed and loose version of the Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powders... Elegant-one you convinced me I just NEEDED to pick these up!

I have warmth of coral and used it a lot last summer. It showed up really well even when I was tanned and was darker then NC 40.

i'm a little darker - nc43 at the moment, nc44/45 in the sunnier months, and i have warmth of coral....it shows up!

yes, it's a subtle effect, but it's the kind of blush that makes my complexion look like it's glowing and isn't obvious that i'm wearing blush. i also have and regularly wear legendary and launch away, which are similar but even lighter...warmth of coral shows up more strongly. none of them are ashy on me...not even launch away, though it swatches ashy on my inner wrist, it doesn't on my face. hth!
