Lol idk if it's the girl in me that loves sweets but this line makes me want to really raid my kitchen or bake things lol But I as well can't wait to see the products for this line as I skipped the pearlmattes for Archie because these sound somewhat better IMO
I'm passing up on Veronica's Blush in hopes that In For A Treat wil be much better!

Exactly what I was thinking, on both counts. Every time I look at the product line-up for this collection, I crave cupcakes and get more convinced that I want to get both PM powders. I thought about the Archies ones, but I'm curious to see how these work. I think that the cool shades (periwinkle and mint green) would work well as colour correctors, so the overall colours would really glow. And I do like Miss Behave blush, which is similar in concept- mint green heart inside peachy blush- which gives my skin a dynamite glow.

Pastels are not flattering on me (heck, Peachstock looks pretty corpse-like on me) so I really just have my eye on the PM's and MTLB. But I have a feeling the Apres Chic ones and these will end up at CCO's since their price point is a bit high for most people to be comfortable spending that much on a lip balm.

pastels look bad on me too but the MAC girls were showing me how to wear VG nicki 2 the other day and it didn't look so bad. i don't know if i'd prefer the lavender one in this collection or the VG nicki 2 but i'm kinda excited to venture out and try one, LOL

about how long do you or anyone else, think the paintpots last? i use painterly everyday but some i have i barely touch and just wondering the shelf life of them :)
PPs don't have an expiration date, however they are more likely to dry up and harden before they're completely used, if not stored and used properly. I still have a sample from Fafi that's as soft and creamy as butter!

I've turned into a lipstick mad woman but don't know if I will be purchasing any of these even though I really want to try lavender whip. I've found that I really enjoy matte, amplified and satin lipsticks because they look best on my small lips. Creamsheen or anything glossier makes my looks appear smaller. The only creamsheen that looks nice on me is Apres Chic! This will be a hard one..

Yeah I don't think I'll be picking any lipsticks except for (a big maybe) lavender whip. Swatches would help.
Pearlmattes too I'm not sure about. Have both YOTS-SP and Flatter Me and those would be around for a looong time since I use them sparingly.

How do you store and use them? My bare study is still usable, but it's hardened

I have seen swirled lip gloss but not l/s. That would be pretty. It makes me think of vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet.

I almost forgot...I did a live chat with Nordstrom and they said the sugar and spice scents should be online the 25th

thank you for answering!!! good to know. I have always been into makeup but i never had enough to be concerned about as far as things expiring. Now with all these MAC collections i'm buying way more than i could use in a short time LOL I know a lot of stuff lasts very very long it's just the PP and lipsticks that i was worrying about. 2 of my lipsticks have some sort of disgusting white coating over them already. MAC syrup and venus. both are less than 6 months old and kept with all the other lipsticks. They are probably the most used too but these are the only 2 that have it. I wiped them with alcohol but i'm concerned about buying too many now.
...only a year ago i had only 3 lipsticks

Yes! You just put into words what I haven't been able to for YEARS. I detest any sort of glossy type finish as my lips look smaller. They also lose definition, with or without liner, and I like my lips well defined.
