Sadly, it's the truth. When I ordered from last year's Fashion Sets collection, the woman on the phone told me they received less than 30 of each item. MAC online sales. 30.

What is going on with their online distribution? It's launch day for fashion sets and the shadows for that collection aren't even up on the site. I was so excited to see that ED launched, and then 2 SF missing *womp*.

This collection is still a skip until I see more swatches. Is Double Definition that different from WOG/Glorify?? Because I like WOG, but I don't want another one of those colors.

Thanks. Definitely Defined looks like Shape the Future in this swatch; it looks warmer than what I imagined DefDef to look like.

what is soft box lighting?

It light shown through fabric (a box over the light made of fabric) to have it defused effect. Basically you have light coming from everywhere so their is not contract or sharp shadows. Thus why the colour looks flat for these duo tone shades.

Love to get one but I don't have the physical room in my tiny apartment to set it up. lol

To me she must have 3 or 4 of them going to give that "not light is coming from any direction" look to her photos.


I'll probably regret it but Extra Dimension Skinfinish Definitely Defined looks way to warm for my fair skin so I'm skipping it. >_< (It know it's going to sell out.)

Zestful, Opalesse, and Triple Impact it is for me at $84.75 total with tax. Though I'm exciet as i have not order this many MAC eyeshadows since MAC Peacocky: Mega Metal. lol

Dangit I was trying to avoid the blushes but I think I may want Fiery Impact. Does anyone think it will be similar to Hidden Treasure? I love that blush but I certainly don't need another one that's very close.

I'm stalking because I need Opalesse and Zestful. I have an allergy to purple eyeshadow or else Smokey Mauve would be in there too.

I actually wondered the same thing and although it seems I have 5011 orange blushes (and e/s I use as blushes, LOL), I didn't want to have skipper's remorse. I think the finish and buildability of FI may make if unique to my stash. I ordered FI, BH, and FC, as well as Opalesse and SM EDES so I'll try to post swatches on here soon. I think my order will arrive Friday. I'm NC 50 for reference.

I convinced myself that Early Morning MB is close enough. I also have Nars Torrid and Liberte and will likely cave and order the upcoming Nars Pierre Hardy Rotonde blush. They had me at Tiger Lily. So I passed on these blushes.

Just got Triple Impact, Zestful, and Blazing Haute. Just can't get myself to get more until more swatches. I'm pretty nervous bout getting BH blind. But I want to get at least one of these blushes and I need more peachy blushes in my life.

Thanks for posting! What are the colors going left to right? I'm worried I ordered the wrong blushes. I'm NC 30/35 and thinking some wont show on my skin

Thanks monidoll. So far I'm not pleased with the pigmentation of any of these products. I've used my WOG about thrice and Superb is unopened. This collection may be a total skip.
