Aaahhhh, question answered! I saw your pretty pics on the FS thread and forgot asking what you are wearing on your cheeks. Was about to go back and ask but now you answered my question! FI looks gorgeous on you....such a lovely sheen

Thanks girl! It really is a beautiful color.. Not that I'm enabling you lol but if you can, check it out in the store first & then decide if you like it enough to purchase it! I love it!
I tried it on my bare skin at the counter yesterday....wasn't impressed. I think it'll be good over foudation as I read in this thread somewhere....maybe I'll walk to the counter....thanks. Usually Elegant enables me. Don't let her find out you're trying to steal her job LOL

I should have never gone into Saks and swatched....

Zestful is GORGEOUS!!! I was lucky, I snatched up the last one. I also picked up STF...I left Definitely Defined behind b/c it was lighter and I have a lot of highlighters in that shade. I ordered Double Def already. I didn't like that the blushes had that waxy effect on the displays. I know you can just scrape it off, but I tend to stay from blushes that develop that film so quickly....

So I wore FI finally. I loved it! It showed up just fine on my bare moisturized skin. Which is good because I don't wear foundation so if that was required it was going back. Lol. It doesn't look brunt red in the least on me. It's the first blush to actually look coral. Most of my blushes look straight up orange or dark red. So I'm glad I bought it. I don't think the others will show on me so I'll let someone else have mine.

I adore Zestful and Opalesse. They are so unique it's crazy.

Man those skinfinishes sold out SUPER fast at my store yesterday! Luckily my girl filled in for someone yesterday and was able to hold mine until after work.

other girls were looking at me like I was VIP when she pulled them from the back office. Can't wait to play with them this weekend.

Hi Rainbunny, what is your skintone? I'm NC30 and still looking for a peach/apricot blush. Thought that Blazing Haute might just be it.
I'm NC15 but probably pretty neutral since NC or NW vary according to who I ask! BH is very nice but you might get better color payoff with Peaches, which I really like too. On the other hand, you could try BH and then Peaches would work pretty well when you run out with some highlighter to add sheen. I put them beside each other when I swatched, and could hardly tell them apart, really.

I practically had to claw my Opalesse out of my young daughter's hands last night. She wanted to buy it from me with her birthday money. I said no, but that I'd let her wear it to her banquet next month. She wore me down (with earnest gushing excitement over how beautiful the product is) to the point that I actually put a little on her before she went to the rink yesterday. I drew the line at school today and reminded her of our 'no makeup other than lipgloss except for special occasions until age 13' house rule. Heaven help me. I'm far from a pushover with my kids but the bright eyed excitement can be hard to resist, particularly when it's over a shared love.

I'm trying Zestful today, but I think I need deeper bases to make it work. I'm wearing Sumptuous Olive on the lid, a bit of humid in the corner and crease and Swiss Chocolate to deepen the crease. I then washed a light layer of Zestful over the lid and up just a titch. It's pretty, but a bit too light and sparkly for me. I'll keep playing with it.

I have a pretty good idea who will get the most use out of both of these shades, and it isn't me. LOL

How old is she now?
She JUST turned 11. Sheesh. (Although I can remember being drawn to makeup at her age). It doesn't help that she wears makeup to perform so she has it on reasonably often and is getting more skilled in applying some of her own (because they have to sometimes re-apply between skates or switch colours between numbers in a show). I usually help, but she can manage lipstick and blush. She can't do her eyes yet but that's largely because I haven't let her practice.

"Thirteen....but that's two whoooooooooooooooooole years."

"That's right."

"Twelve is really a teenager."

"Does twelve have the word 'teen' in it?"

Pause. "No..."

"Right. Then it's not a teenager, is it?"

Miserable look. "Two years is a really long time."

This will only get worse, but once a parental line in the sand has been drawn (especially one that's entirely reasonable), it must be defended or anarchy begins.;)

My ED items came today but I'm concerned about my Double Definition. I noticed some chips at the bottom and I'm kind of ok with that but is is supposed to look that separated in the center?

Good luck with that! I didn't even want to wear MU back then.. I had a few lipglosses and a mascara but didn't really use them. I started wearing eyeliner (on the waterline) when I was 13/14 and around that time I started to wear black eyeshadow and that's all I wore for years. My NP obsession started when I was about 16 years old and my MU and skin/body care obsession when I was 17/18. I'm 21 now btw.
