I'm surprised to see so many say t he mineralized lipsticks aren't worth the additional $7. I'm not wild about their packaging, but I picked up my first two at a Dillard's counter on Sunday . . .and if I use Burt's Bees instead of Prep + Prime Lip, the color lasts much of the day . . .even through a meal. The new mineralized blushes, on the hand, last only a couple of hours on me

Oh dear...looks like I'm going to need to get a second job to pay for all the pretty new summer makeup! Let's see how much of this I'm really going to want:

Mineralize Lipsticks​

Midnight Mambo –Intense violet (love this formula, so I would love a violet one! Curious to see how "intense violet" this is.)​

Cremesheen Glass​

Fever Isle – Bright red coral(I'll take two please!)​

Narcissus – Mid-tone eggplant (already have one, but will possibly get a b/u)​

​

Lip Pencil​

Tropica - Silver blue with purple pearlized pigments (not sure if I'll want this, but I'm damn curious to see it!)​

​

Mineralize Blush​

Simmer- Burnt rose with peach/gold pearlized pigments (depends on how "burnt rose" this is...I'll have to see it, but loving the peach/gold part)​

​

Mineralize Eyeshadow​

Dare to Bare – Light cream with gold pearlized pigments (gold = must have)​

Carribean –Rose with pink and red pearlized pigments (maybe...gotta see it first)​

Cha-Cha-Cha – Deep blue green with green pearlized pigments (green? Yup, gotta have that.)​

Time to Tango- Lavender with silver pearlized pigments (debatable. I feel like I must have something like this)​

Now that I'm looking at my preliminary list, I'm surprised I want most of the MES. I tend to buy these and then not use them very frequently (with a couple of exceptions that come to mind). It's not that I don't love them, it's just that most of the MES I have aren't exactly "everyday" colors. So I might have to keep that in mind when I'm getting ready to make my purchase this July.

Then again, my birthday is in July, so maybe I can call it an early birthday present to myself?

I'm sure it varies by shade. I don't hate the one I have, but I'm sure I could have found something similar for $15. That's why I don't necessarily think it was worth an additional $7 for me personally. Your shade sounds like it worked out really well. Which shade did you wear?

I still don't really know how to use them, or where to put them... So I pass b/c of that and the breakouts.

Check out a few You Tube tutorials, and find a product that doesn't cause you to breakout. Highlighters are fun to use. Hate for you to miss out Prettypackages.

I'm not a huge fan of Mineralize products, but I feel like I might have to make some room in my stash for Midnight Mambo. I've yet to be tempted by the lipsticks, since I didn't feel the colours were unique enough to warrant a purchase. This one sounds like it was made for me.

I definitely don't need any more MSF but I think I'm going to cave and only get Adore & Lust. Or maybe just one depending on how different they are. I already have Soft & Gentle and I definitely don't need any more bronzing products. I rarely use the MES that I do have so I'm going to skip them this time around. I think this will be a relatively small haul for me!

So pretty! The blush colour is a bit strange though.

I think it's GLORIOUS!!! Normally, swirling a tan like that with a hot pink like that, you'd wind up with something looking like a soft dusty, mid-to-light toned rose pink, which is a color I can really get behind
