and what if someone is ordering through their phone? same concept?? i know mobile and computer set ups are different (my boyfriend is a mobile app developer) so just curious how that will work out. i dont want to ask my boyfriend because he's sleeping lol

Since MAC is just a mobile optimized site and not an app I believe it will work the same as the desktop experience. Not sure how they will work it out on the phone, maybe just hold music and wait time like you would on a regular MAC CS call? I also read here that they aren't doing phone orders (which seems odd to me).
