They don't always get a discount, case in point this release is without it, and they do get free shipping but over $150 I believe.

Yea for pro members it is free shipping over $150 (after discount) I just renewed my pro card in store last week and I got the free shipping. Must be cuz im not in the system yet. Yay! But boo! I wanted to order parrot e/s and a few other products w/ pro discount.

I would say that normally you don't get officially charged until the item ships but they usually still post an authorization holding charge that pends until the transaction is complete. Let me go check mine...

MAC is messing up, I thought all US orders had free shipping. I can understand the pros being charged shipping since they already get discounts but this lippie is not pro eligible anyway. They always find a way to mess with us

But, omg... this maybe one of the dumbest ideas yet. I kept closing/using different browsers when I first saw it, because I thought it was a usual launch glitch. So, when I called they told me that you have to keep the page there like waiting in line

Open another browser window and try it. My 3rd browser window loaded the lipstick immediately (Firefox) while my two Chrome windows were a few minutes behind despite having been on the MAC page for about an hour. (So technically I was further up the "line" in Chrome.) Don't close the one you're waiting on though.

You can do a phone order if they haven't updated your online account yet Just tell them you just paid for shipping for ririwoo.

Had two browsers open before trying it on my (already dying) phone. After frantically trying to find my charger, I got checked out and confirmation email in under 15. Not happy that I couldn't play around my shipping options, though.
