I finally opened my box this morning and saw the color, so I came here to see if it looked good on fair skin! I'm kind of afraid.....still! But EVERYONE here looks great so I might go for it this weekend.

Quick question... Does everyone's ririwoo lipstick look cracked at the base? It seems like all my friends lipstick (and mine) look like that. So just curious

Everyone looks great in RRW! I missed out this time but you bet your sweet ass I'm getting it on the 2nd go around! Until then I'm going to rock Ruby Woo today.

I know I'm singling folks out, but yes everyone is rocking this lipstick!

This is why I didn't buy it yet - I can't buy a red lipstick without seeing it in person because my skin tone is too picky and the wrong red ages me into a horrible crone. The right red is instant

, though. Runaway Red is my #1 red love, followed by Absolute Power and Scarlet Ibis. Some reds people love, like Heartless or Red Racer, are just terrrrrrrrible on me and others lean strongly pink on me more often than not, like Ronnie Red or Love Goddess.

RiRi - well, I felt pretty encouraged since it looks so great on so many people, but if it's not popping on you, PrettyPackages, I'm a little concerned, since we've got a lot of colors that do well on us in common…,maybe I will wind up saving $ when it comes around in stores. LovelyDee - did you share your take on RiRi yet - because you're another undertone twin with me. Inquiring minds want to know!

The polish I'm wearing is YSL 18 Bleu Majorelle. Dior 606 Electric Blue is a dupe. I think Essie Butler Please is also a dupe, but I don't have that one yet. I'm sure there's a similar color in China Glaze and OPI, too.

@ MissTT - The weather here is still moody. It was raining and the temperature was in the low 60's/high 50's. Plus I get cold easily.

@ PrettyPackages - I finally did it! I'll post a breakdown of my makeup in the theme thread.

I checked mine closely and it doesn't looked crack at the base. It's possible something happened during the transport (especially if it was on a hot truck for awhile) unless there ends up being a lot of people reporting the same issue.
