Grr. I only wanted two items and I got the dreaded "Lipstick - Flamingo is sold out and has been removed from your cart" message. Checked Twitter/Facebook and of course Temptalia had just posted about it! Wish I had checked Specktra earlier.
Which kind of makes me wonder if it would have sold out that fast had she not posted as soon as it went live online.
I doubt it would have sold out as fast...I just knew this collection was under the radar...

I don't know if ANYTHING MAC is under the radar anymore. LOL! When a big known beauty blogger such as Temptalia posts about something being up, just imagine the people who AREN'T on Specktra running to MAC's site to cop their's.

Hmm according to Temptalia's swatches of Royal Sunset, it's pretty close to Legendary, and truthfully I don't use it that much. But I'm so tempted bc Royal Sunset is so darn lovely.
My thoughts exactly. Initially I liked HJ the most, but now I'm leaning towards RS.

Honestly everyone's swatches look more pigmented than T's!
Is it just me, though, or do her swatches pretty much always look a little more washed out than products actually appear IRL?

I think T is a great source for checking up on quality of a product, but if I want to know how a product will look on my skin/lips, I never rely on her swatches.

I think beautyzine's images are even more washed out. I know it's so hard to get true colors when using a lighting system. The good thing is, I can count on T to swatch nearly everything from every collection and I know what the stuff I have looks like, and I can kind of judge her swatches that way. Although, Christine's skintone is much deeper than mine, so sometimes things look good on her bad on me and vice veras.

I'm the same way, I love the site for seeing how a product holds up and to get a basic idea of how a color might look out of the tube/pan, but our skin tones are so different and my lips are way more pigmented than her's so I can't really base my buying decision off her swatches. I mainly use it as a way to gauge whether or not a product is worth driving up to the nearest MAC counter for, unless of course it's an online only item.

Hi ladies, I went to my cco on memorial day and picked up razzledazzler for $10.50! I didn't even know it was re-released in this collection
