I'm excited to see all this at my counter in a few hours. Hopefully RS will work for me; it looks so pretty. I still have no idea what I will walk away with in terms of lipsticks, beyond Flamingo and hopefully Sweet & Sour. My only definite "no"s are Razzledazzler (currently at my CCO) and Tangerine Dream (way, way too yellow for me).

Possibly. Tbh I think I may just skip Flamingo too and just get S&S. I'm low on funds at the moment due to not being paid properly so I really need to be careful. I have Razzledazzler already so I'm not bothered about that -- but the others just look too much for my skin.

I could go to another website but they never have free shipping and it's £4.95 so I'd like to make the order worth it as they have RFL blush from TR which I'd quite like to try too. Urgh, dunno what to do.

My MAC instinct is always "When in doubt, get it" because I don't want to be stuck in the position of trying to track whatever it is down later. That is hard when you are trying to watch $ though. Shipping costs in particular stink. I know if I order something from a Macy's counter that I couldn't find in my area = $10, unless I spend $50 or more. A pain when you just want one or two measly things.

I know we talked about this before, but I can't remember if you have a CCO near you or not. I would think the blush would be more likely to show up there later on than the lipsticks.

I'm completely the opposite: "When in doubt, pass!" Most likely, there is a reason why I have doubts, thus I rather pass than purchase a product that I only use once or twice.

Yup - no CCO near me. I bought S&S, Flamingo & RFL blush from TR. I hate the cost of shipping but I didn't want to miss out on RFL as it's the one main thing I wanted from TR and I didn't haul from it at all. Not to mention the other 2 websites selling the AAO collection are having nothing but difficult glitches/very low stock. I wasn't risking not getting the lipsticks I wanted as well. Hopefully I should receive them early next week.

Even though my order comes tomorrow the anticipation killed me. I just got back from MAC with some swatches, I was the first to swatch yayyyyyy! I BU TD and bought RS so pretty...

creme sheens left to right are- Double Happiness, imperial Light and Rising Sun. Lippies from L-R are NO,RD,TD,TT,SS,SK and Flamingo. Blushes- RS and HJ.

For anyone curious, this is how the blushes are swatched on me, I'm NC15 for reference -- there was an overcast of clouds when this was taken.



L-R : Royal Sunset, Immortal Flower, Honey Jasmine.

I'm hoping there is still some stuff left this evening after I get off work so I can go swatch, I'm kinda interested in the blushes and palette. The lippies will probably be a pass even though they are looking gorgeous because the Lustres make my lips feel like the Sahara after about an hour or so.

Nice swatches!! I was gonna go but this storm almost had me on the side of the road crying lol.

Thanks! Yeah going over bridges in this weather isn't exactly smart but had no choice. Even crazier is right after I dropped off hubster there was a report of a water spout on land in the exact area I left him!
