I got my Belk order/MAC today, I brought home the following.....
I already had RazzleDazzler from last year and on my NC15/20 skintone, the Neon Orange and Tangerine Dream looked horrible on me. I passed on the glosses b/c I have similar colors in my collection.
- Royal Sunset
- Honey Jasmine
- Flamingo x2
- Sushi Kiss (decided against a back-up)
- Sweet & Sour (decided again a back-up
- Tart & Trendy (wish I had gotten a back-up)
- Rainy Season Quad

Thank you for the swatches, Peachtwist! I skipped Immortal Flower before. I think I'll skip it again. Royal Sunset is gorgeous!For anyone curious, this is how the blushes are swatched on me, I'm NC15 for reference -- there was an overcast of clouds when this was taken.

Swatches! Sorry I look kinda washed out on these, its cloudy over here!
Sweet & Sour: This is a pretty good peachy nude for me, I don't wear much nudes, the formula is good and smells extra delicious!
Flamingo: I could not get a good pic for the life of me...arghhh but its a very wearable color, I would says its a bit brighter than my own lip color, I'm glad I got this.
Sushi Kiss: brighter than the pic, and a bit harder to wear than the others, kinda like betty bright but more orange. I love it though because I love Satins! Sorry the pic sucks...
Tarte and Trendy, I love this one! Such a wearable orange

I love our OT conversations though. Keeps it fun.
Rec'd my order today and had no idea what I'd ordered from Nordstrom. Clearly it's time to quit.Neon Orange is my favorite, but then I got sad when my daughter said it looked red on us. I was wanting it to be orange. Any recommendations for something less red. Next Tart & Trendy was my second fave. Very flattering shade of orange for WOC me thinks. Flamingo is my 3rd fave. My daughter said it looked boring on me and I paid too much. (She's such a brat.) It's very wearable due to being a sheer formula. Sushi Kiss was my final lippie and ehhh I'm looking like CartoonChic's friend Tyrone Biggums. It's quite milky. Any lip liner or gloss recommendations?

That's so sweet of you to remember about work and how sick I got. I can't ever go through that again... I'm starting to not care about the insanity and drama.. not sure that's the best way though, but I just can't.

Back on topic, I'm debating whether I'm heading into the rain to swatch this collection at my fave MAC store or saving my moolah for TMS this weekend. I'd planned on getting my RiRi stuff today but since it's delayed, I started to consider getting AAO stuff with my RR budget.

peachtwist: thanks for the blush swatches. i know our skintone is (completely) different, but the swatches next to IF (which i already have) of the other two blushes made it clear that i should phone my counter and have them put aside!
