This is my first LY brush, but my third fan brush. This is by far the largest. I have the Laura Mercier fan brush, which is good for placing highlighters in
just the right spot. The LM fan brush is denser and better made IMHO, than the MAC fan brush, but they both get the job done. You see, the more you
break my heart the more crap I buy. Just trying to fill that big ole hole that you left in my little heart.

It's hard when you have 6 beakers of alcohol to fill/dump every day. That's a lot of alcohol to go thru! The worst part was when macys didn't have it in their budget to buy us alcohol, so for as long as a month we were using the same alcohol.

So disgusting that MACY's didn't want to fund the purchase of ETOH---it's dirt cheap!!!

EDITED: Sorry took photos down because they were huge D: Sorry for the quality but here are Flamingo and Sushi Kiss. Flamingo And Sushi Kiss Flamingo is beautiful. The perfect natural pink lip or me. SK I'm a little unsure about. I feel like I need to scrub my lips to make it work which I should do anyway. Ill need to bust out my lip liners as well before I break up with SK. I have Sweet and Sour on the way which I'm excited about. Still debating on getting Royal Sunset though!

They have a monthly budget for supplies-qtips, tissue, alcohol, etc for all the counters. And MAC goes thru more alcohol and tissues that the other counters, so when it was gone, it wouldn't be surprising for us to have no qtips for swatching, and no tissues or alcohol, and to sanitize everything with the thick brown papertowels used for the bathrooms. That's not an easy task! We'd have to wait til the new month comes around to order them, and then wait til they arrived. And now I've been told by the current employees that they're on a paper towel crackdown! Housekeeping comes by and will take all but one roll of papertowels from the counter. Macy's is a joke! :jerkit:

I went to the mac store yesterday and b2m for TT and TD and I love the fact that TD is buildable. Also I wore SK yesterday and I'm so in love with it and I' trying not get a BU of it. B day outfit Sushi Kiss TD TT

this is exactly what happened when i swatched the blushes on my hand. i also swatched immortal flower next to them and it was basically the colour it is in the pan. i had gone to the store wearing immortal flower for that reason -- on my face it looked much darker and slightly more red in it. the mua was surprised when i told her i had IF on my cheeks, because it looked so different.
i'm glad i decided to try RS on my face... i've tried HJ super quick this morning on my cheeks and it definitely shows up without repeated application or anything. i think probably more easily than IF. try them out in store if you get a chance!
i know...i felt that the rest of them i wasn't going to get much wear out of because i wouldn't feel comfortable. most of the more red-orange/peach shades don't work that well on my skintone because there isn't enough red/pink in my skin. and i don't want to buy lipsticks right now that i can only apply super carefully, with a liner and a primer and what not.... i don't mind doing that from time to time, but i just don't want to always have to....so tangerine dream it is! no liner required. swipe and go! THAT'S GOOD!!!

Immortal Flower looked much darker on my cheeks too. I think I see Royal Sunset in my future but I really should try these lip colors with all my other pinky coral blushes - Fleet Fast and Supercontinental come to mind. But I'll probably end up ordering Royal Sunset and Honey Jasmine. I THINK YOU'LL LIKE THEM BOTH---VERY PIGMENTED AND VERY WEARABLE

I JUST opened up RS quad today but I DO love it! I had an idea that I would which is why I ordered it without a second thought. I'm sure I can get a LOT of use of it...and despite a lot of people being confused why AAO had a quad with no orange in it I think RS worked out perfectly. It is such a beautiful contrast to all of the orange! I am so glad that I went to Dillard's and picked up HJ....and kicking myself a little for ignoring it in the first place lol. I started to wear TT today but opted for TD....might have to try wearing TT with What A Blast next (I don't know why I didn't think of putting those two together lol).

I think when I have more cash I'll pick up the quad from AAO. I don't have many smokey shades, oddly enough -- I usually always go for bright colours and I think it's something I don't have to worry about selling out immediately. Maybe at the end of the month it'll be mine.

Yay!!! I was able to snatch up sushi kiss, sweet & sour, flamingo, razzledazzler & all 3 blushes yesterday at the pro store since it sold out so quickly online! Now my biggest issue is deciding which one i want to wear! I love corals!!! I haven't been this excited about a collection in a long time! Side note: Anyone know what happen to the re release of riri??
