I asked bexberrymua on Instagram to see swatches because I saw that she had Sweet Samba and one of the eyeshadows! Thanks bexberrymua, all the credit is hers

I dunno... I like the look of them, but I don't really like the swatches. I DO like the chunky glitter in the shadows. I can't wait to see the other shadows swatched. Hopefully one or two will grab my attention.

July babies unite!!! Lol. Soon it shall be OUR turn to have an excuse to haul from a collection big time! (Not that some of us need an excuse...but it's nice to be able to play the "Hey, it's my birthday gift to myself" card)

And congrats singer82 on your upcoming 2nd anniversary! 10 years...wow! Although I guess hubby and I are getting pretty close to that ourselves. We've only been married one year, but we were together for 7 years before that.

The blushes were always a no-go for me, and the MSFs aren't doin' it for me after these swatches.

Right now my for sure list is:
--- 159 Brush
--- Narcissus Cremesheen Glass
(i can't remember, was Japanese Spring truly pink or was it almost pale lavender?)

I want more eye shadow swatches. I'm potentially only interested in:
--- Tropica - Silver blue with purple pearlize pigments
--- Time to Tango - Lavender with silver pearlized pigments
--- Dare to Bare - Light cream with gold pearlized pigments
--- Caribbean - Rose with pink and red pearlized pigments - with the swatch, this is a maybe, i need to see more.

So far, other than the brush, this collection is just not exciting me. And i like shimmer and glitter, but not if the colors are all wrong for me or just don't pay off.

Thanks to everyone who found and shared swatches!!! They're not making any kind of dent in my current choices though, lol. I think the only thing I feel like I need a swatch to decide on is Simmer MB. Everything else on my list is a definite. Unless I see MSF swatches that make me drool...then maybe I'll add one to my list, but none of them are even a blip on my radar yet. Funny how it's a mineralize collection and my biggest "must-haves" from it are not mineral products.

I'm totally loving the look of Sweet Samba, but I can't wait for more swatches to come out!

Naynadine, thanks for all the time and effort you put into finding swatches!

Alright lets see, here's some pics of Caribbean: First impressions is that it's lacking pigment, there's a TON of chunky glitter and it is hard to place it where you want to. It's better wet than dry. The glitter is lovely though, but this may be hard to wear as an everyday e/s even though the base tone is pink/bronze. Left swatches: Wet Right Swatches: Dry Top is swirled together, middle is the bronze and the bottom is the pink. As you can see, quite uneven. Swatched on bare skin with a finger. And the last picture was a happy mishap as it was out of focus, but it shows the glitter. It really is quite a beautiful glitter, would be nice to pack it ontop of a bronze cream shadow to get some extra sparkle. Aaaaand that was it I think!
This will be mine! Thank you so much!

Nice call! I noticed that right away! Is there a way to add both the online date and store dates in the title? I can just see it coming...
The memo we received said its been moved to on COUNTER June 27, and booking for a homegrown event that weekend has begun

Interesting. I wonder if they'll do online and in store on the same day. June 20th for online just sounds too early for this release.

I was initially so excited for this line. Now I am thinking about skipping the whole collection. It's just that when the glitter gets really large, that can make for a hot, disco-ball mess. Then when I look at the eye shadows, they do look pretty cool, but some of the ones that have been mentioned on here by Stilla are really beautiful. Is there something I am really missing??? I want to love it, but right now I am feeling kind of meh about the whole thing.

Thank you for sharing!

The pink part of Sweet Samba is stunning....it really is!
But the brown part is way too dark for me and so is the result of mixing both.
Even though the pink part is bigger here, the mixture is still too bown for my liking.
It would look "dirty" on me!

Skipping both....Sweet Samba and Carribean!
