I'm actually wondering if this is a variation of the virtual room. It's stocked 2x already, and within a few minutes sold out again. Either it's a crazy glitch, or MAC may be only letting a certain number of orders go through before slapping the SOLD OUT sign on it. Glitch seems more likely, but I wouldn't put it past MAC's trickery to do rounds of continual restocks.

I've received a backorder notice usually a few hours after placing the order.I ended up "getting" Heaux and Boy. Hopefully, my fears about Boy will be proven wrong. Didn't want to buy more than one of each just in case. I was eyeing RRW, but had to remind myself I have plenty.

Since when does mac care about being fair?? Fair is when they make enough for everyone so it can last more than a few hours. Cancellation notice usually shows up within 2 hours to 12 hours, depending. Usually it's a step in the processing that is either dealing with ensuring the card for payment is active or has sufficient funds, to whether there are orders that are "flagged" in MAC's system (i.e. multiple orders with quantities higher than MAC allows).I ended up "getting" Heaux and Boy. Makeup Forever has this lip matte stuff that's supposed to make all lipsticks matte. Maybe this will work for you. I haven't tried it yet, but I've been eyeing it for a while. Anyone else who may be reading this, have you tried the MUFE matte lip product?
