i just called and the person I spoke to said all orders will be honored as far as she knows and that if there is a cancellation email sent i should receive within 12 hours.

I can't imagine why they would bother canceling thousands of dollars of orders over a glitch. Also wishful thinking on my part.

If that's the case, then fuck it. Sorry, no other way to put it. The glitch is their fault, not ours. Want it to be fair for everyone, then don't eff up.

Exactly, and they aren't really fixing it either, many of us seemed to have checked out, and it's working so smoothly that i could have checked out 5 more times. That's a lot of cancellation orders and money they need to return (I'm assuming if they cancel they will return the money versus telling me they will be sent out later? not sure how this works)

May as well fill the orders, websites **** up, their site will have less traffic tomorrow (still an incredible amount). This isn't school, mistakes happen and "being fair" isn't fair if YOU'RE the one who made the mistake.

they have to honor those orders. Glitch or not, those orders were placed. Hell will be raised if those orders get canceled.

I believe it will launch on time tomorrow give or take 10 minutes... I honestly believe Rihanna is the one who implemented on the time it should be released for people. I'm sure this is not what she's expecting...lolll
