T said in the comments (of her post) that when this has happened before they have honoured the orders..TBH I'd trust T's memory with this over the CS at MAC...

I don't get them, for a multi million dollar company, all these computer issues and crap should not even be noticeable to us as the public. Nt everyone is Rihanna where 12 noon you can wake up smoke some bud and go online shopping. We placed orders at a time convenient to us and they should be honored since they were "available for ordering". We all know they are not sold out so what the hell is the big deal MAC? I ordered at 9:39 and have not received any cancellation notice but I am not taking any chances messing with them

I just put on Up the Amp to see if I needed RiRiBoy and . . . .. . . NOPE I don't I decided to cut RRB off my list . . .. so now its just Heaux and the lustre drops!

Im wondering if this glitch was done on purpose..mayb to see how crazy people get and what to expect on actual launch..or mayb to build up more hype...u never know with mac

So out of boredom with my lips I decided to breakout Ruby Woo and RRW. LAwD how on earth did we ever manage to wear Ruby?! That bad boy was a nightmare trying to smear it on half of my mouth.

I'll be stocking up on RRW and Ruby Woo will be collecting dust.

really glad I got my AAO lippies I missed earlier. Didn't even bother with riri cause I knew it would be chaos. I hope I can just get it tomorrow but I doubt since today was madness can't imagine what will happen tomorrow.

What I really liked is when mac sent us an email for first access for a lippie. I can't recall which one. But I wish they did that for this one.
