I think MAC wants us to think they will cancel our orders so we can reorder and then BAM we get two packages and they get more orders and more money

Imagine all the reorders being RETURNED! I don't see MAC pissing everyone off and creating MORE WORK for themselves.

That's quicker than i usually get one - 12 hours or more after it launched and all the good stuff sold out :)

She explained to me, like I was a child, how it's not fair for some people to order before noon and leave none for everyone that waited for the proper launch time. I said, "Well, if your products are on the website before noon, how can you blame the customers for ordering the products?"
Wow honestly they should get better IT over there, if normal people who aren't really familiar with website set ups and things like that can find it, it's really is their fault

Yup, I hate the waiting room...
last time i got through faster on my phone. even that seems like it is slow...
hate mac
hate the process.
I don't care anymore.

So I was waiting on Safari & Firefox for about five minutes, and then I opened up chrome & it sent me to checkout within 3 minutes! I am at the final order page, but the Safari & Firefox are still "processing". It kind of shows the waiting room is not really going by order.

to the Submit Order button...hit it waited...the got the Internal Server Error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MAC is so screwed u[ its not funny any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

same thing just happened on my phone order

Listen, I don't know if this will help or hinder anyone. But in my frantic rush to place my previous pre-noon orders, I mistakenly used an outdated credit card for one of the orders. I just received an email from customer service requesting updated information to finish processing the order. If they were going to cancel, I think I would've received a cancellation email instead since they must be going through the orders. There's only an hour time difference between my confirmation email and the credit card email.
Same here! They said something was wrong with my address. I called in an verified my info on all the orders and he didn't say anything about cancelling the orders and I'm sure he saw I ordered the same things.
