I'm on the phone with both Paypal & MAC CS because of the double charge & the MAC rep told me all orders placed before 12pm are gonna be canceled because they were placed before the items went on sale. She said the tech team will be working this afternoon to cancel all the pre-orders & I should receiving an email.

Please spare me your smart mouth why did you call CS nonsense....I was double-charged & had a legit concern.

Well yeah that's a legit concern but some are calling just to make sure their orders went through okay and what not and then when asked where did they get the link, spilled beans are all on the floor. Anxiety is killing people today. LOL.

That should read "problems caused by MAC, like putting the products up the night before and letting you place orders."

I called b/c I got an "internal server processing error" after I hit submit. No one asked me about the link. They already knew that people placed orders last night and gave me a whole lecture about waiting til the official launch time.

I find that ordering from an ipad gives you less problems than ordering from a computer or phone.
